So lately, I've been pissed off on how the current games are so fucking easy. So I came and logged onto this site and thought "Hey, all these guys are 40 year old video game addict virgins, so I should I ask them for a hard game!"
And so here I am. I need to play the hardest game of all time and I need YOU to tell me what it is.
You need an original nintendo. The nes had some of the hardest games ever. With only three lives in most of them, making it to the end was quite difficult.

honestly, try beating mario. I finally completed the game legit right before I turned 22. The ninja turtles game is also pretty hard but fun for it as well.

Oh, wait. You need a NES gun for Duck Hunt.
We have a cartridge that has both Mario and Duck Hunt, so that might be nice in case you do want to try it.
Try beating Mike Tyson's Punchout. I got in so much trouble from my parents on the number of controllers I destroyed between Super Macho Man and Mr. Dynamite himself.
Original Mario was, indeed, quite the pain. Mario 2 was just annoying and Mario 3 was childishly easy, the only hard part in that game was the Ice Map area. On the other hand, wearing a Hammer Brothers suit in Mario 3 made me feel special.

Avast ye! Scyberdragon be te thank for the sig, arr!
Well, Mario 3 is said to be the best NES game. Ever.
But it's not the hardest, Mario 1 is way harder.
I dunno I thought Super Mario World was better than any of em. Galaxy is actually really fun!
Super Star Wars (SNES) on very hard (?) was pretty difficult if I remember correctly.
Perfect Dark (N64). Multiplayer, you v 7 or 8 Perfects, hand guns, no radar, One hit kills first to 10.
-Or try and beat all the unlockables, they are ridiculously hard.
Can't think of any more atm

"So you have come here for information? I have some for you..."
Ok, for the 64 Ocarina of Time. It's not all that hard in gameplay perse as it is with your puzzle skills and evaluating the temples. To make it hard though, dont use any kind of strategy guide for the temples. The water temple without a strategy guide is just plain rediculous.
Also, try to find all the heart pieces without a strategy guide. Basically try to complete every task the game offers without a strategy guide of any sort.
Goldeneye on the hardest difficulty is pretty tough too, esp. if you unlock the feature thing where you have control over how fast the AI reacts to you.
EDIT
O and also, for cpu, dl DOSbox and dl the game One Must Fall 2097, i redownloaded it again. it was a dos game, a fighting game. one of the BEST fighting games ever. imo it pwns street fighter, and is equal to Mortal Kombat II imo, but different gameplay. If you play the tournament side, once you upgrade your robot up pretty good, that game gets so freakin hard its crazy!
Sankes Revenge is hard to playthough on nes, dizzys adventure nes, clockwork knights for sega saturn was difficult, jurrasic park for sega genesis, oh oh ooh.... Find lagoon for snes the ridiculous short sword you get throughout the game makes it by far the hardest game ever?...
or of course there's e.t for atari un-beatable....
Not to hate but Mario games are pretty easy after you play them a couple times. as far as Iconic game sonic is way more challenging than mario
I have to respectfully disagree. The speed Sonic runs more than makes the game easy enough for me. But then again, that may just be me. Plus, I did play Sonic after I beat Mario when I was younger... But I used to beat Sonic one and two in my three hour CISCO class when I had nothing to do; it's also great to try speed runs, that pumps the difficulty of any game up. Megaman = My crack when I was younger. I was so addicted to that game and the best part was! I didn't beat it until I was like fourteen.

Also read Wintendo, as DINGBANG is attempting to play through 764 SNES games in a back catalog.

Sonic is not difficult to me, but it is more so than mario IMO, Megaman is also my <Insert hard drug of choice> although i beat them as they came out I can never get enough of any of them I never beat 5 though until the anni. collection came out. Although now that I think about it, the true mario 2, not the fake bs they released for us american players was really, really hard. only beat it once by the skin of my teeth.
