Diablo III looks amazing thus far. We haven't seen even a fraction of the skills, monsters, items, levels, or online play. This game should be absolutely breathtaking. Hopefully Blizzard doesn't ruin the storyline. So far, things are sketchy with the story. It's been 20 years and already people think of Diablo I and II as a legend? C'mon. Get back on track and make the story simple.
4/5, the outside environment doesn't have a 'dark and evil' feeling to it, like in Diablo 2 with Act 1, 3, 4, and 5: in Act 2 they put a sense of feeling 'lost' while exploring to make up for it. Also, I havea great hunch that the necromancer would be making a comeback

Having a witchdoctor AND a necromancer just seems like a waste...
I agree the the game need more shadow, but since I'm not a graphicFagComplainerBonerKiller, I stil lrate it 5/5 and I would play it days and nights as is. The gameplay is awesome and I always focus more on gameplay than on graphic, still, they are awesome right now. Plus, it was gameplay video, they probably made it brighter so we can SEE or the game gets darker further in the story.

I didn't state that it would be a playable class now did I? In a thread a few months ago, we came to conclusion that the necromancer class might jsut be the one who shattered both Diablo's and Mephisto's soulstones, due to the views of bot hthe character creation screen and the cinematic (Comparisms)
Not a sheep, just not an idiot jumping on graphics being bad when he doesnt know shit about the rest of the game.
If that is directed toward me, I really couldn't care less about what you say. I've played Diablo II through elementary school, middle school, high school and now as I am going into college. The game is an important part in my life, just as it is to every true Diablo fan who posts in these forums. I grow sick and tired of people telling me to stop complaining when the guys at Blizzard are tearing that "Diablo-esque" feeling away from the third installment and replacing it with trash they carried over from World of Warcraft. I'm not just referring to color and texture either, there are several design flaws which conern me to no end. Granted, these are the early stages of production, however that is all the more reason to bring such problems to surface, so they can be fixed before the beta testing phase and the final release. If you have a problem with me, go ahead and continue insulting me, I don't care, however this opinion must be voiced, whether it comes from me or not. We cannot simply stand by and watch as the game we waited for the better part of a decade for become nothing more than a WoW variant, thus making the Diablo Franchise a shadow of it's former self.

It's because you are complaining about a game you don't even know.

First impressions are crucial, the demo was to let us know where they are taking the game and I (as well as many others) do not approve of many "innovations" that they are making.

Like what ? Except the graphics.
It's only one video, remember that lore-wise, it has been 20 years of peace.
Remember act 2 of diablo 2, dark?

You are such a sheep...blindly accepting what is instead of fighting for what should be.
