Well, me and Winston have been talking a bit, and we've noticed a disappointing trend. We have a LOT of people in clan Sick, we have quite a few legions even, but unfortunatly, member activity of a great many of these people has gone down. And I mean way down. To the point of nothing.
I'm thinking of a re-making of the legions, purge the inactive members, try to gain new ones, maybe assign new leades as a few of the old ones seem to be gone.
Keep in mind this is a D3 guild... d3 hasnt even been aknowledged yet... when D3 is announce we WILL deal with the inactives... and we will organize everything, doesnt make much sence to do that now and again when d3 is announced

If you ever meet a hafling and a hungry dragon you dont have to outrun the dragon, you only have to outrun the hafling.
Well, by the time D3 is out we want to be organized, powerful and all that stuff. I suppose maybe it can wait until D3 is actually announced, but I don't like seeing our guild bloated with all these inactive people. Other guild's members may come and see our size, and be intimidated, but I personally want them to know that we have quality, not just quantity. Those of faint heart need not apply and such-like.
Well when its announced we can wait a month or so for the inactives to come back. An announcement won't guarantee an instance release of the game, so we have some time. Elfen has already changed the ranking and structure, and I know that as within 4 months of its release we will be reformed and restructured to be the massive force we promise to be. I would even kick everyone out, but still give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure Elfen or Silver have plans as to how to handle the inactivity as we near the release of our next greatest adventure.
Ok, I was just lookimh through and noticed "Hey, who are these people?!?" As long as it is known and a plan will be in effect, well, it's all good then. They can always re-apply afterwards anyway.
Yep, the one post wonders will be the first to be cleared out, some of the other members who actually helped out organizing it will be cut lots of slack

As long as we've got a plan for this Clan then I'm okay.

Just my spin on things.
To the contrary, SICK activity has gradually been on the rise. Albeit, gradually. But it's up to you to just keep participating on Battle.net and to bring your charming personality with you. Then we'll see if we can't get more people to participate.
structure most likely will not change. numbers definitely will. least active/never active will get booted first, then it will work up from there.

Be without fear in the face of your enemies. Be brave and upright, that God may love thee. Speak the truth always, even if it leads to your death. Safeguard the helpless and do no wrong; that is your oath. [Slaps Sofawall] And that is so you remember it. Rise a knight... rise a knight of SICK!

I too have considered requesting one active D2 legion, but its like everyone replied here, this is actually a D3 guild. And it was way back when you signed up for it as well.
Its tough asking for a completely active legion. I did it, but it gets too cumbersome. Instead I will just wait until Diablo 3 when I know that everyone in my legion will be active. that should make things better.
Need Not fear, as stated above when d3 is announced we will have atleast a couple months of time to allow in actives to return and become active again, Those who do not shall be cut
there may be more than one century (or legion) but in reality the total number of active players barely equals one.
its pretty much the same people playing together, and they are more often than not from different centuries. and most of the time they will be the higher ups.
a single active century is what we have in practice, in theory we have several semi active centuries.

Ok. Again, I guess it is going to be done when D3 comes out. And I'll of course keep playing D2 whenever I get the chance, but as for charitibility, it's hard to give stuff away as a lvl 3...
