So, after looking at all of the April Fools jokes from Blizzard this year, WoW's Tomb of Immortal Darkness might have more to it than meets the eye (pun intended). Is it possible that there is some connection to Diablo with this joke?
First and most obvious, Diablo Fans are known for loving the dark dreary look of Diablo. When D3 was first shown, there was a huge outcry about it not being "dark" enough. some meant the colors were to vibrant but others wanted the light radius back. More specifically, they wanted to barely be able to see anything coming at them. This Tomb offers the extreme of this idea making it next to impossible to see anything.
Secondly, if you watch the second video for the shooshyne skill you can hear a woman crying. Near the beginning of the video she says (what I make of it): "Help me...Deckard Cain). Maybe this is not what she is actually saying but it sure sounds like it to me.
Next, there is a screen shot of the location of the instance. The caption reads "Hidden deep beneath Raven Hill Cemetery, Omgsogoth waits." While Diablo was under the tristram cathedral, there was a cemetery right next to it. Additionally, the bosses name is Omgsogoth or Oh my god, so goth. The boss is also known as the Dark Lord of Twilight, close to the Lord of Terror (maybe strectching it on this one :P).
Finally, while watching the video for the 100th time to distinguish what she is saying, I noticed something else peculiar. A quick blip on the screen flashes during the video. Oddly, when I tried to pause it to see what it was, it wouldn't show up. However, thanks to my friend prtscr, I managed to get the pic. An image of three non-human skulls flash on the screen. The pictures we've seen of Diablo from D3 appears to have one main head and an additional head on both his left and right side of his skull.
Maybe I'm reading to much into nothing but...

"Ettin’s Grip (new talent) allows the hunter to equip two ranged weapons simultaneously."
I would say subtle jabs are not out of the question.
