Talking about Hellfire. Why can't we get 100% there? There's still so many layers to event craft 1 amulet.

After the set buff and the bounty buff I'm 10000% positive that at some point, rather sooner than later, the Hellfire event will be next and buffed to 100% drop rate on keys and organs - definitely organs, at least. And since the HF ammi is useless for my monk anyways, I'm not investing any time in farming one (maybe one just for the sake of getting the achievement).
Diablo just rolled down from casual game to PEGI 3+.
I miss the old good times where I had to farm-my-insides-out for 2 slotted 15% Crown of Ages... An item so rare that my eyes bleed when I finally got it.
I didn't know you could get "BiSes" from caches? You must be playing a different game?

i have done over 50 bags a day for 3 weeks straight now. With the exception of maimum 2 days where i have done less. I did not get _One_ ring. Not even a bad one. I do not Dissaprove the bounty changes. Got 3 rings last night after the hotfixes. One that was useable and 2 crappy ones
And for all the naysayers and complainers now. _One_ day in my shoes and you wouldnt utter a word about the increased dropchance. Not one

Then what's the point of this game again if they take the goal away of getting the items you desire? I really don't get this argument. I try to place myself in your situation, I want a furnace two hander or another ramaldinis gift at this moment. Now I try to imagine they make it so I can get these 2 items within an hour and other players can get this item aswell with the most of ease. Will I still be happy with this item? Will you still have that special feel? I doubt I will.
Making it easy to get a cornerstone set of items is not the same as giving you what you want.
RoRG is essentially BiS for every class, and nearly required for quick access to high torments and GRifts. Being able to get that minimum gear is important, it's not like the ring will always roll well. Stuff like Ramaldni's and Furnace on the other hand are stepping stones past the basic required gear and will remain rare as all hell because they're goals.
Minimum required entry gear =/= Final goal gear
Was it overbuffed in droprate? Probably. Should it take a month of 50 bags a day for anyone at all. No.
RoRg is definitly not a corner stone to get past torment difficulty I didn't get one untill I was farming torment 6 myself. And for some builds this ring = final goal gear aswell. The point is still, atleast for me, will I be happy if everything is handed out that easily. I wouldn't and since this is the game I play, I hope it will not go that direction.

No I just said only people who are in T6 are getting it handed out to. T2 isn;t getting a handout they've still got a fail chance. Aren't technicalities fun?

I would point out it's not a 50% drop chance for a RoRG, it's 50% chance for a Legendary drop from a T2 cache, not quite the same thing...and yet leaps beyond where it was...

100 may not be the fix that was needed and dont get me wrong. I dont want to be given everything on a silverplatter in 1 day. BUT the thing with the ring was a terrible design. In a game where you should gear up and progress, get stronger items to kill stronger enemies. It made no sense what so ever that a realy important part of gear needed for almost every class forced you to farm the same thing over and over and difficulty had no say on the matter. You farmed it on normal for speed with the same drop chance as t6. That was wrong and a terrible design.

I'd settle for organs at same rate as cache legends. I can completely live with random key drops at all difficulties as long as they're partywide (like trialstones)

Really keys should be partywide so a group can stay on-point together.

And the dropchance should be 200% on T6 so every party member get full key set in one kill.
Better, remove the keys, remove the wardens, remove the ubers. Add NPC that exchanges your Rare items for the random Hellfire Amulet or Ring. It will be still 'hard' because they will not give you the amulet / ring you want.. it still will have random affixes. Imagine the thousands of hours you will have to put to get the desired amulet..
Still hard but easier.
I just. That has absolutely nothing to do with keys being partywide. That's literally you being a dismissive ass because you think making keys random+partywide is the same as giving peoiple free stuff.
40% chance randomly across 4 players is the same as 40% randomly per player. The only difference is you all stay at the same key numbers rather than needing to do 100 runs to average it out across the whole party.
How bout we make every attack one shot every player unless you have the absolutely perfect gear allowing you to survive for two. Would that be hard enough?

I think they went a bit too far. Until yesterday, cache legendaries had the same drop rate on Normal as on T6. That was stupid, as it encouraged Normal split farm bounties. Now cache legendaries are free hand outs for players who can farm T6, which is only the minority. What this change does is make bounties and RoRG farming a cakewalk for any well-geared player and only a small change for low-Torment or sub-Torment players (and believe it or not, those are the majority of players). I think having a significant buff would've been nice, something *noticeable*, but 100%... is a bit too much. But it's just my opinion. I mean, I welcome the change and will farm perfect RoRGs for all classes/specs and then farm other cache legendaries (Illusory Boots, Gloves of Worship which I've never gotten) but I think it's like the Kadala/set item buff - just a bit too much.
If it is really 50% in T2, then it's not simply free handouts for T6 players, but free handouts for everybody. I understand why they have to change it, but I dislike this way of handling the RoRG problem.

You'll be able to get a "perfect" RoRG in no time (I just need a socket or 8% CDR, then I'm good) and after that I can FINALLY do bounties in other acts again, and get my first ever Gloves of Worship. After 3600+ bounties in act 1 only I finally get to farm my rift key fragments somewhere else. Or just quick act 4 bounties and get a really random reward.
