One of the things i was looking for towards this patch was new areas and improved greater rifts floors. Shrouded Moors are imo a journey back into d2 with less rainbow-like scenarios. I really hope that landscape will be added to the grift map pool. I was somewhat tired of the same map architecture and same maps over and over. Would like to see more areas/maps in the future and some reworks for the current maps at least when it comes to grifts. This one was definitely in the right direction.
In the past those new areas were first introduced to rifts before making it's way to the grift map pool.
More variety is always welcome but it's also important that there won't be added too many cave like maps. Open maps are just more fun when running the same stuff over and over again. The addition of Battlefields of eternity and Festering Woods was so great that you almost don't want to play most other maps anymore
