with this build the hydra will be an AOE arcane hydra. shootings lots of explosive arcane orbs everywhere and with your passive it slows enemies as well. and with the arcane power passive as well as the runed energy armor you have increased regen AND 145 total arcane power. so you can EASILY spam 3 hydras in a row (easily regaining 35 power before you cast the 3rd hydra) in locations around you before you have to cast a signature spell. which electrocute will regain you 17 arcane power (12 with rune, 5 from passive) + 2 per second + natural super fast regen. so in reality you'll only have to hit electrocute 2-3 times MAX and your back at full 145 arcane power to spam 3 hydra's again. with a fast casting rate and each having 9 second duration. you'll basically have never ending 3 hydra's everywhere. i think this build is a pretty safe and powerful farming / leveling build because your hydra's shoot constantly for 9 seconds while you can run around dodging creeps and you have teleport with wormhole to get away if you get mauled and wave of force to knock back and stun everything AND slow time with reduced CD for even more ways to slow the creeps while your 3 hydra's destroy everything.
also with this build you can virtually just replace hydra with any high arcane power using spell and be able to use it a lot with plenty of survivability.
They will have to nerf Electocute regen, otherwise every build will require it.
Magic Missile offers twice the Regen on single target.
Shock pulse offers up to 3x single target, and about equal amounts in AoE.
Spectral blade has the same amount in single target, and potentially your entire bar full in AoE.
Electrocute is at the bottom in single target, and in the middle of AoE. T
Its only advantage is its 100% rate in AoE.
Doesnt seem that OP to me.

One is never hurt by being given additional choices, only by taking them away. A QUADRILLION MAGIC FIND is worthless if you can't kill shit!
I like this build a lot, but wouldn't it be to your advantage to use Mirror Images? No casting cost and they cast your hydras for you, giving you more hydras to help rebuild your AP. With the AP regen plus what you get from arcane damage from 6-9 hydras, you probably would have enough AP regen to cast a new hydra every 2 seconds or so.

well I'm not sure if your images will cast hydra. if they do that would be insane. hydra's all over the screen, might cause lag rofl. but seriously that would be insane

Yea, we don't know any of the spells that they can or cannot cast. I just figure that if it helps a build, then you might as well add it in. I wouldn't create any builds around the assumption that they will be able to cast a certain skill though.

idk about "require". but ya the regen is pretty insane on it. allows for u to get instantly to full arcane power after like 2 lol
