This is the spell that got me so exicted about the game that made my join this forums :P.
- Bubble castable anywhere, not just around wizard
- Bubble explodes after some time, dealling AOE damage and slowing the monsters that were in it for a long time.
- Since is also wraps space, instead of fading, the bubble shrinks, making everyone inside it shink too, so they are all closer together, making it easier to aim AOE spells
-The bubble has increased slowness.
-The bubble has increased duration.
-The bubble lessens damage of projectile attacks as well.
-The bubble moves WITH the wizard.
-The bubble has an increased diameter.
-The bubble gets super cool rainbow lights
I always thought a good one with this was for the bubble to gather the projectiles fired at it and then start swirling them around the bubble like pally hammers to ward off attackers trying to invade the bubble, destroying them on contact with a enemy.
Since some of the runes allows wizard's teleport turns into damage dealers, does it also means the cooldown are gone when teleport is equip to those types of runes?
In the demo video, the killing demonstration of wizard's teleport seemed to be running without cooldown. And is teleporting through walls still an option in the pve dome?
Well I saw non stop teleportation in the demo vod. It's about how runes effect teleport, turning it into an attack skill.
I don't think just because it's an "attack skill" the cooldowns gone. Theey probably just removed the cd in the demo video to pace it up.
I'm also pretty sure that teleport won't be commonly used for damage, even with the option to put a rune which does that. Basically it's just the same old teleport, but with some added damage around you when you teleport. Probably nothing major, but a nice bonus. We'll have to see though, who knows.. teleport might become the new frozen orb :sorcerer:.
Creates a bubble that stops time in it's tracks. Although the Slow Time's bubble would be shorter and slightly smaller than normal to make it fair, it would stop everything inside it's grasp.
Slow time has to be one of the coolest pvp instruments. It's going to be heavily abused. It will be the new Enigma and teleport for pvp.

- The spell actually reverses, speeding up the wizard and casting speed (sorry, Lich, thought of it too )
- Spell actually speeds up time causing the monsters to age getting a decrease in attack in defense.
- Increases the size of the spell.
- Increases duration of the spell.
- After the spell is depleted it bursts outward doing slight damage and freezing (similar to a 'time stop') all the enemies caught in the blast for a few seconds.

I agree with feminism. I don't think that it's right that for every dollar a man makes, a women gets 70 cents. Why do I only get 30 cents and some chick gets the rest?
The bubble repels all enemies but lasts less time.
The bubble also contains you and your allies spells, so if you get a boss in it they will do more damage because they stay longer. Like AoE typed spells.
Slow Time - Warps space and time, slowing nearby monsters and projectiles for X seconds.

Bubble stays centered around the caster (mobile).

- Gravity Push: Pushes objects, projectiles, and enemies away from you.
- Size Increase: Increases the radius by x.
- Damage over Time: Adds x Arcane Damage over x seconds to any Enemy in the bubble, and automatically destroys all projectiles.
- Movable: The bubble moves with you.
- Portable: The bubble appears where your mouse pointer is.
- Longer Time: Increases the Cooldown and Duration by x.
- Stops Time: Freezes all enemies and projectiles when they are in the bubble.
- Multiple: Creates bubbles around all party members visible on screen.
Slow Time is now a draggable skill and will follow the Wizard where ever they go but will also drain resources while active.
