I don't think the overall scale in difficulty is changing (excluding the nerf to monster damage across the board), but the drop rates are going to be the same across all 4 acts. That's what I gather at least.
No difficulty change.
And no drop rates change UNLESS you activate Monster Power (lvl 1 minimun)
If you have MP 1 (or more) then all monsters will be lvl 63 (with no MP, act 3 and act 4 monsters are lvl 63, that is why you will get the same drop rates that you have in act 3 and act 4 right now)
MP makes the difficult higher, bit relative to the act, since it buff the monsters of the act, so, yeah, act 1 MP 1 (or more) should be easier than act 3 MP 1 (or more), and you have the same drop rates everywhere as long as MP is at least 1

With MP enabled, difficulty will be more consistent through the 4 acts, as all monsters will be mlvl63. Their damage and HP will be more similar than what they have currently in 1.0.4.
However, will not be identical due to mob type & density, which affects you differently depending on your gear & build.
Alright so without MP then its the same as it is now cept with less damage. But with MP lvls, difficulty will be *roughly* the same across all 4 Acts because they will all be 63 monsters, got it.
It wont be like it is now(since all the mobs are level 63), but act 4 will still be more challenging then act 1.
Act 4 is harder then act 3 at the moment (by quite a bit in my opinion), even though the monsters are same level,
I blame that on those stupid curses, meteors flying left and right and angels/opressors hitting like damn trucks.
I tried farming Act 4 for a change of scenery, but it's just too annoying with halved resists We should start Act 4 with 5 NV stacks for the extra work

I'd like it to be the same difficulty throughout therefore I won't have to farm just A3 or 4, I can return to A1 or 2.
