If hell froze over in d3 diablo would definitely adapt to it becoming a blue ice type amazing beast. I like it the way it is though, and i hope they make hydras good in this one cause they look badass.

I lost my mind 6 months ago, haven't gone looking for it yet.
I think it would be pretty cool if Blizzard added some areas/themes based on Dante's Inferno (The Divine Comedy, not the new game/movie), with certain parts of hell corresponding to different sins. It could work with the three Prime Evils each having their own area of "expertise" if you will: Hatred, Terror, and Destruction. The monsters would carry a unifying theme, etc.
I also got the impression that it was very mutable, something that could change completely in a heartbeat. It felt like Bastion was (appropriately) the only stable, constant thing, and that Hell itself was as unstable and chaotic as a schizophrenic on crystal meth.
Just my impression, though.

So.. i use to play diablo 2.. but its been wayy too long, so please refresh my memories..
I know in d2, u go to hell to fight.. but did hell ever "freeze" over?
I hear alot in blizzard games the quote "hell has frozen over".. so i was wondering, if hell has never frozen over in d2.. will it in d3?
I always thought that quote was pretty awesome. The whole change in dynamic of fire and burning suddenly changes to ice and all that stuff..
just a thought..
