I wonder? Since in D3, the environment is put into such great use, could skills like Telekinesis be used to knock enemies off a cliff or bridge?
Same goes for Raven, since it blinds he enemy, perhaps the enemy could wander around and accidentally fall off the cliff?
Seems very likely that you can knock them off. I doubt they'll stumble off though.
If I remember correctly though the only enemies we see fall off the ledge are already dead. Which makes sense because we don't want them falling off alive with all that valuable loot still on them!
yeah, most people dont want FoH and Hammers because they got OWNED OFF THEIR A**
Hammerdins were overpowered trash that were never intended to take over the paladin throne. I still slaughtered them with my barb, but it was harder than it should have been to kill those pansy ass teleporting one-trick ponies.
As for FoH...enigma and lock-on means you can avoid any attacks coming your way while insta-hitting the enemy anywhere onscreen until he is dead. It was fine before enigma.

Bash: useless, don't want it coming back.
Double Swing: Improve this, and it's a must
Leap: Good, but..
Leap Attack: A must, I can't stress how much this skill is great. You can escape using it, and you can pwn monsters with it..it's back, so I won't say much more
Double Throw: Just choose the Amazon and gtfo of here. Not for the Barbarian
Stun: I never really liked stunning enemies, it's so n00bish. If it comes as an addition to another skill, I'd take that, not as a single skill though
Concentrate: This is the single most important skill that a Barbarian has, more than any other skill. This MUST be in, by God, I would crack the disc in half if they don't bring this back
Frenzy: Useful
Whirlwind: It's nice to use this skill after you're done watching Barney and jacking off to some Elton John song. It sucks they brought it back, I never really liked it, at all.
Howl: Lolz, you want the monsters to come AT YOU, not AWAY from you, you're a frikkin Barbarian, no no.
Find Potion: Wow, no way
Taunt: Useless
Battle Cry: THIS can be usefull. But instead, the enemies should come at you, instead of away from you.
Find Item: Useless
Battle Orders: Orgasmic
Grim Ward: Useless
War Cry: I'd use this....eventually
Battle Command: C'mon, this isn't really neccessary, seriously
All combat masteries are great, and should come back one way or the other..at least most of them.
Concentrate: This is the single most important skill that a Barbarian has, more than any other skill. This MUST be in, by God, I would crack the disc in half if they don't bring this back
Eh? sucks ass to kill 30 monsters with single target skill.
Whirlwind: It's nice to use this skill after you're done watching Barney and jacking off to some Elton John song. It sucks they brought it back, I never really liked it, at all.
Never played before lod? or even before 1.10... cause before 1.10 and especially before lod and still in classic d2 this is the best skill for barb and by far the most entertaining.
Howl: Lolz, you want the monsters to come AT YOU, not AWAY from you, you're a frikkin Barbarian, no no.
quite ok when trying to clear chaos sanctuary... howling the mobs and zerking down the mages safely without fear of IM.
Taunt: Useless
Fana extra strong cursed whatever mega boss pack.. taunt the minions 1 at the time to you and kill them easy after that you can go 1v1 against the boss.
Battle Cry: THIS can be usefull. But instead, the enemies should come at you, instead of away from you.
This doesn't affect on monsters behaviour.. they hit you for ~25-50% less damage and you hit ~50% better at them while they are under battle cry effects.. quite nice imo.
find item = double loot, double gold.. pretty usefull if you are just looking for items.
Battle Command: C'mon, this isn't really neccessary, seriously
Quite nice boost to your overall damage, life, mana, resists, defence for 1 skill point.
Masteries could be combined somehow. 2h weapon mastery.. gives bonuses when wielding 2h weapons. This way you could use a lot more different weapons and when starting a barb from scratch you wouldn't need to save points from masteries untill you get a weapon that you will use in the endgame.
Concentrate is awesome on boss characters, and can easily maul through hordes, it's basic gameplay, and beats the hell out of playing whirlwind every 3 seconds. Whirlwind can be powerful, but I personally detest it, it's unbelievably bland in my eyes.
Just pack health potions, scaring away enemies is a meh. Just leap away, have a potion, and get back into it.
Taunt is useless, since you can lure them near you without wasting a very precious skill point
Battle command increases skills by 1, not all those.

Yeah whilrwind sucks against bosses with 5k damage and hitting 10x more at the same time as concentrate.

1 point in howl makes the enemies run for very little amounth of time.. try to berserk oblivion knight boss with IM on you and his mana burning minions hitting you.. => dead barbarian.
Taunt is useless, since you can lure them near you without wasting a very precious skill point
You can hardly lure the minions far enough from the boss and they most of the time come more than just 1. But yeah it very very situational skill.. best use I have found is in Travincal.. also great against mad Ranged monsters. If you are going to battle cry/war cry which both are really nice at hell you will have to put 1 point to taunt anyways. Besides I don't know what else to spend points unless it's iron skin which u can hardly ever max anyways.
Battle command increases skills by 1, not all those.
Yeah and what does 1 skill point give? more life/mana from battle orders, more defence from shout/iron skin, more damage from mastery/combat skills.. pretty good 1 point skill, but yeah I guess it is one of those badly designed skills that require only 1 point.
I can't wait to see what kind of skill system they come up with.. most likely 1,3,5,10 points skills which is great.
I want to see some way to respend skill points so that you dont have to restart a character from the beginning if you've got to Hell diff (or whatever the last diff. will be in d3) and realised that the skills you've upgraded suck.
Maybe you can pay with experience or something to remove a skill point from the tree and be able to re use it.
Obviously, pre-requisite skills cannot be taken back to level 0 (not having the skill) if you have some hard points in skills that need the pre-requisite.
Hopefully that makes sense
Absolutely NO teleport. All it does is serve as the perfect aid to maphacks, bots, and pikit. Not to mention it allows ridiculous rushes and detrimental PvP effects, such as auto-aim with hammers or town-tele.
Same goes for Raven, since it blinds he enemy, perhaps the enemy could wander around and accidentally fall off the cliff?

Summon Raven, if this skill was brought back, it would be cool if when it "blinded" your opponent, their screen would actually go black or distorted.

They do, shush.
It's a waste to put in any points in those other than points put in useless skill that are prequisites.
For how many seconds? I can live without it.

Dispatching your monster is quite similar to that.
It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.
