All of the information about the Season 2 exclusive items is already available but i'm not sure if it can be found in one place with images and all but all the info is available from the 2.1.2 ptr patch notes (see spoiler tag - might change untill release though). Also, there's some partial info here: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/blog/16607841/first-look-season-2-11-7-2014
New Seasonal Legendary Items
Note: Seasonal items will be available exclusively to Seasonal characters until the conclusion of Season 2
Oh and about "spell changes" as you've mentioned in the title, there actually are'nt any. What's live right now in patch 2.1.2 will also be when season 2 comes out. They might release a small patch to compliment the S2 launch but that would probably only include minor fixes and tweaks (if any).
Given that there's nothing on the PTR right now and that the patch notes spelled out the S2 exclusives these are all the items for S2.
However there will be, at some poit, updates to 4p sets and the addition of new sets for several classes. Last I heard those won't be S2 exclusive.
It seems kind of lacking. I had expected more. That said, I'm looking forward to testing out the new mighty belt for a Bastion's Revered build.
Yeah, this pre-season patch was mostly focused on fixing some of the outlier builds (well sets really). The next patch (assuming that 2.2 is the next patch) is supposed to bring quite a bit of changes as far as items are concerned. There's the changes to the raiment set for the monk, the updates to the 4p sets, the new sets from blizzcon, and maybe some other new sets or changes to existing sets (vyrs needs love).

The majority of S1 exclusives were the legendary gems, there weren't really many more S1 exlucive new legends. Plus many of the changes tehy've slated for sets and the like won't be season related (and there are more of them than S1 added). Finally there are also the 2 transmogs, same as S1.
There really aren't that many fewer season-specifics, and there will be more standard changes.

Legendary gems werent exclusive to Season 1?
Sorry I phrased that poorly:
The majority of large changes in S1 were the addition of GRifts and Legend Gems making S1 appear to have more content than S2. In reality there wasn't a particularly large amount of S1 exclusive content compared to S2.
