I think they should limit the times CC effects can take place. Like if you get feared you can't get it again in the next few seconds. And the same goes for monsters. If you freeze a mob, you cannot freeze it for the next few seconds. I think this sounds more logical and "quick fix-ish" than just removing shit from the game and fucking everything up. Total CC immunity should not exist in the game unless it is for 10 seconds or so. I don't think they need to nerf Wiz and Barb in the way you are suggesting that will just ruin the game and make people angry. Besides you say that people will still be able to keep their gear "integrity" which is totally wrong if you take into consideration the other things you suggested. Evocation reduces your crit chance by half? dude... seriously?

You might want to read that one again. Think like the monk passive Sixth Sense. Also, the gear integrity comment is with regard to CM's specific effect and gear association, so, much like OwE, realise that they can't just change it without taking that kind of thing into consideration.
your idea about Thrive on Chaos seems like a buff to barbs, Wotb would work better then archon does right now.
I'm hoping that 'maximum extension of 15 seconds' is being perceived to mean that the buff can last only 30 seconds at an absolute maximum. (which is obviously not a buff compared to perma-WotB).

also Critical Mass removed and Nerf archon would make the game suck for lots of wizard players, whats left of wizard after that :D..
removeing the most used spells in the game?. rather fix some of the bad ones for new ideas and more awesome gameplay ^^ no point in makeing the game crap for some ppl
