Build Guide

I tried this build because I was running low of DBs, and it's not bad.

I've no idea what to use instead Justice, so you can use anything u want. Not a big deal. I hardly ever use this.

You can also change the passive Long Arm of the Law for Lord Commander to boost your mobility.

Damage on Armor/Legs

Critical or XP on Weapon

And you don't need so much CDR like I use on video as you can see. Try to get CDR in 4 items, like Shoulders, Weapon, Shield and Gloves.
