Requirements:
-56% cooldown total is required to maintain 100% uptime on akarats
-Ideally you run rubies in your chest/pants and diamond in your helm. If you're dying a lot, you can change chest/pants to diamonds as well
-This build is purely for group play with a support monk. You can run with additional DPS, i will include variations below.
Alternates:
If you DON'T have someone in the group who can kill elites well (RGK) , like meteor shower wiz/impale dh/necro, then you can swap goguk for stricken.

Why the Zeal rune on Slash? Condemn doesnt benefit from attack speed.
How exactly does reciprocate work? Is the dmg output from 50% of incoming damage actually noticeable? I mean, if i get hit for lets say 500 000 HP, does it take 50% of that and add a whooping 250 000 dmg to my explosion? Or does it take the damage before mitigation - which would be a lot more i guess. Someone told me fire spec is stronger than holy spec in groups, but I'm not exactly sure why...

Looking into it. I was under the impression BoP condemns would inherit your rune, kinda like it works with every other similar typed item in the game. My phys condemn tests were inconclusive, so asking around.

*9*9 is the bonus from your weapon/shield
I said different condemn rune I meant different PROVOKE rune. (one that doesn't reduce mob attack speed)

Can I use illusory boots( in cube) and change the law to Laws of Valor - critical? Because gogok give more cdr and i have like 53% without leoric crown.
Can i use Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan instead of Cindercoat? Elemental damage is better than 25% increased damage?
You just described standard holy condemn just with the wrong rune lol. Fire's setup to sit under the monk for toughness allowing full dps mode, I was running this with like 380k hp and still not dying in 100s. And without hexing you can stand under the monk and it's super chill. Hexing pants means you have be in constant motion, way more work.
TL:DR - Yea you can, but just go holy at that point and play like you would normally w/ hexing.
