Your paragon level has fuck all to do with what torment difficulty you can do. If you have amazing luck with gear you could be paragon 0 and be in T6 pubs.
20 rifts, 6-12 hours a day? 20 rifts is like a one full day of gameplay, stop lying to people.
I clear T1 rifts in 15 minutes. So 20 rifts would only take me 5 hours. If anything 6-12 hours is a massive over commitment in time. If you think it would take a full day you should probably do them with the proper amount of gear.
I've been grinding since patch 2.0 anywhere from 6 - 12 hours a day and have NOT found a single set item. I repeat 0 set items.
On a daily average I find one (horrible) legendary or legendary plan every 2-3 hours of consistent T1+ grinding.
The majority of the few legendaries I've managed to find are horrible 2 handers and badly rolled rings.
Any one else here experiencing the disappointment / bad RNG?
Yep, it is exactly like I have been telling people. The buffed the baseline leg drop chance, then took a massive shit on MF so ultimately you're getting less legs now than you were pre 2.0 if you were farming public inferno6 games. It's bullshit. The only way to get good numbers of legs is to bounty farm in pub games on normal. And then you're not getting very good quality either.
First, and most important, I love all of these ideas. But mostly, I think the first idea is by far the best.
Beyond that, I think that even with these changes, if the "bonuses" aren't good enough, people will still opt for going straight DPS gemming. Do you want a ton of STR in your chest or a ton of health? If you go for a ton of health you gain the socket bonus of magic find! This is an easy choice, the barb takes strength 8 times out of 10. Killing faster is > than MF. Sure, MF increases the chance of getting better items, but killing faster has the same effect with the added bonus of things dying faster thus hurting you less.
I think what needs to be done first is a global nerf to how gems affect Weapons, and Armor. Reduce the armor bonuses by half, reduce the weapon bonuses to a third. After this you triple the number of sockets on weapons (1 socket transforms to 3, 2 sockets to 6) and double the sockets in armor.
What does this accomplish? You can still socket 6 rubies and get the same affect as 3 rubies right? Sure, you can. But you can also socket 3 rubies for the strength and 3 sockets for the health and still get the MF bonus. This is most important for weapons though. 3 sockets means you can stack 2 emeralds for the all impotant crit damage increase and add an amethyst for a little LoH or a diamond for some +dmg to elites.
What else does this accomplish though? What is the most important part of this change? 3-6 sockets in weapons and 2-6 sockets in armor opens up the future possibility for...... RUNEWORDS! Something current sockets really do not support.
On top of this, I think all 2 handed weapon across the board should be able to roll 2 sockets in the current system to keep on par with the bonus for dual wielding. This is something that has always bugged me and it needs to be fixed.
I think act bosses should have a significantly increased chance(50%+) to drop a legendary the first time you kill them in any difficulty. All torment counting as a single difficulty to negate cheesing.
Beyond this I think mini bosses should have a slightly increased chance to drop a few (2-6) specific legendarys. For instance, Leoric would have a slightly better chance to drop a Leoric's Signet than anything else in the game. This chance would be, at most, like 10%. This way it is significant enough to be worth farming for these specific drops, but not significant enough where it will be something easily farmed.
They put the first skill you gain in the 1st slot on the bar when it opens. It doesn't happen again. This is like a noob feature saying "Hey you got a slot, now here is a skill, enjoy". It has nothing to do with the console. As to your vault issue, you lagged, again, nothing to do with console.

I want to find a good build that is good for me I can easily do mp3 and me and my friends are doing mp5 ubers but my health dips quickly and sometimes hard to keep up but on aoe farming for the neph buff I dont have a problem. I would like to get more dps which comes with gear. I have 50 mill to spend on gear if that is what I need for the new build. I have seen the hota build and the wep throw build they both look interesting. I like how simple ww build is but just doesnt have the dps I would like. Anyone able to help me out.

So why don't you do some research on different builds, and try things in game instead of coming here begging for someone to do the work for you? People can tell you everything about the game and it doesn't matter until you find something that works for you. My DH build has me on MP6 without any issues and its a build I have never seen on another DH. Just because something works for someone else doesn't mean it will work for you.

So about an hour ago I was doing ubers with some friends and before we even killed the first pack 2 legendarys dropped. Then the pack dropped another. So to make a long story short i end up getting 11 legendarys before doing ubers!! I was wondering if anyone has had this kind of luck before?

I had a run in A1 inferno ML2 last week where I dropped 4 legendaries. 11 is extremely hard to believe but RNG makes it feasible. Gratz.
It seems to take 2-3 seconds to identify a single item. By now, many of us have wasted HOURS in "the void" of waiting there, patiently, for it to be identified. Most rares, as many have discussed; are complete junk. Why not allow for us to ID the junk faster so that we can merc it??? PLEASE fix this ASAP. I understand that your initial intention with the concept was because you felt the few second wait is an "anticipation" of something great to come. Well, the truth is, we are over it. We have next to no expectation what so ever that the item we are identifying is going to be halfway decent. I'm not asking for better loot, i'm asking to get rid of this annoying process of time it takes to ID an item. A few ideas: Hold SHIFT and right click, identifies entire inventory. Allow for craftsman to have a ID inventory button. OR just make it be instant! Like in D2, only no scrolls. PLEASE HELP, a friend of mine joked the other day that he is about to stop piking up rares altogether. LOL LOL LOL

Personally I think crying about IDing items is childish and ignorant though. I mean, FFS, is the few seconds it takes to ID an item is so damn bad for you then you have some pretty serious mental health issues buddy. IDing an item takes almost no time, and if that almost no time is such a bother for you to get back to your endless item hunting grind you obviously have put too much emphasis on a GAME in your life. It may be time to take a step back and look at how important this GAME is to you. Its pretty scary.

In TL2 I can go naked with 1 weapon and all my passives on max and smash heads in.
Try that on NG+ elite.

People can tell you everything about the game and it doesn't matter until you find something that works for you.
