Hey i just wanna ask u guys if crafting 5 prop weaps is profitable or is not worth it if yes which u think is the best choice , secondly if u have a choice u would craft 6 prop bracers or still 5 prop weapom ?

thx for time reading and replyin to this post

Nope, 5 prop weapons really won't make you much if any gold. You gotta pray for some high ilvl legendary recipes to drop for you if you wanna use the BS to make gold.

Thank you phoulmouth. I don't quite want to address his post because its pretty silly. Though you did point something out that I hadn't considered. I suppose the LoK is pretty good for Archon builds and such yeah?

I have no problem pointing out children acting like children. :) You're welcome, even though my post will likely get deleted, but his won't. /shrug

Any Crit/Crit damage build loves LoK. The builds are designed around one or two shotting everything except elites (unless you have insane gear lol). You have that ammy plus a nice LoK/LS weapon and you're nigh unkillable so long as you don't play stupid.

My DH is pimping a 1200 LoK ammy with dex crit/crit damage and a 2800 LoK/ 2.8LS Windforce. I mow through shit and just stand there. I don;t even try to kite non elites anymore cause everytime I kill one I am getting back 4kish HP plus the LS. Its pretty sick.

One huge wall of stupidity to rag on someone trying to sell an item. Please grow up. If YOU do not think it is that good then don't fucking buy it. There are tons of people out there that will. The ammy has HUGE int HUGE crit HUGE crit damage all in one neat little package. Plus is has huge LoK which is absolutely godly for crit/crit damage builds. Pull your head out of your ass and go look on the AH what items like this are selling for before going off on a tangent crying like a 5 year old over someone selling an item that's probably better than anything you have ever dropped for more gold that you will probably ever see.

200mil without attack speed and all resist...u must be joking

Attack speed isn't the end all be all stat it was. A lot of crit/crit damage builds ignore it completely. And all resist isn't needed on every piece of gear you have. That ammy is under priced at 200 million.

Why'd you go make a new thread instead of just commenting here or here?

I dont post on the official forums. Sorry for starting a new thread. I forgot doing that almost always gets you flamed for no reason.

He wasn't flaming you, but nice way to jump on the defensive for no reasons. And one of his links was to the diablofans site thread. Maybe next time you should click on both links before running off at the mouth.

Is there a reason why gems give a max amount of 58 to stats when placed in "other" kind of item piece?.

I mean, shouldnt the best gem give something closer to 250-300 stat gain?

Enlight me, I dont see the reason of this, if there is one at all.

58 is little? Are you high?
Compared to the amount of stats that an item can roll directly, yes, 58 is little.

Granted, it's already been explained that sockets are, in a well-rolled item, meant to replace a less desireable stat (ex: instead of getting a useless 200+ strength for your DH, you can get 58 dex), but it shouldn't be hard to see where the OP was coming from.

No, 58 is not little, not even close to little. 58 is fucking huge. Like seriously, it's ginormous. Except for 2 handed weapons, 58 points is like 25%ish of the stat roll capability on most items. If anything 58 is too much.

I just dropped my ring off a regular mob. Every regular mob you run buy is a chance to drop the ring lost.

Can I ask where you were, i.e. which zone in A2? I have a feeling that VotA might be a bit too high, since the ring has ilvl 17 but the mobs in VotA are 20+...

    thanks!

Act 2, in the cave under the desert. Betrayers cave I think it was called.

If you knew as much about D3 as you claim to know about D2 you would never have felt a need to make this QQ rant thread FFS.

posted a message on Inferno Difficulty a failure?
    Quote from Akamalaka

When Inferno was first previewed, they told us it was the same difficulty across all acts (and therefore same droprates) and then it was changed later to the system we have now. The other stuff you're right about, though you don't have to be so mean about it.

I can't find this preview you are talking about anywhere, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist so I will give you the benefit of the doubt. What I can tell you though is that through the beta information that was readily available that was not their plan for release, which is ultimately all that matters. OP may be basing his opinion off pre-beta info, which is simply dumb. Almost nothing survives unscathed through a beta, this is simple fact. As to being mean, that's all I can manage for people spouting bullshit as fact. Sorry.

    Quote from VegasRage

    Some good suggestions

...and to those who think it's just a crybaby post, good for you for being able to enjoy bogus crap.

There are only 4 possibilities here.

    a. You have found far better gear than I have in normal mode
    b. You had it crafted
    c. You didn't mind going to the auction house to buy what you couldn't find or craft
    d. Or you enjoy hitting the same elite monster 100 times before it falls

A: "far better gear" is just perspective. Getting through normal and nightmare is nothing more than a matter of facerolling your keyboard. Even most of hell is fairly easy. As to getting far better gear, when so low in difficulty the range of stuff you can drop for yourself is so large that it is almost impossible to not drop your own upgrades fairly reliably. Did you clear everything or just power through quests? This is a Diablo game and it awards fully clearing every single area, not powering through the quests. If you fully cleared each area there is no way in hell you would be having a gear problem.

B: "you had it crafted"..... Are you kidding me kid? They put the blacksmith in the game IN ORDER FOR YOU TO USE HIM TO GET GEAR. Not so you could stare at him. Not using the Blacksmith is the same as not using the other vendors. Simply stupid.

C: "AH" Again, it is part of the fucking game. I am not sure what is so hard to understand about this. Are you really so pigheaded as to think they added the AH for no reason at all? Give me a break. Please, at least attempt to "think" before you continue posting.

D: HAHAHAHAHA. I have never had an issue killing elites until I hit Inferno. On any of my characters, even my tanky tank monk. You are playing a DH and you are complaining about hitting a NM elite a hundred times to kill it? Okay, this isn't even a matter of gear because you can walk up to the vendors and BUY a bow that will carry you through NM. This is a matter of you simply not utilizing the right gearing strategy or the right skills. This is not a game problem, this is a "you" problem.

Ya know, after reading all your drivel I have to say you are either one hugely successful troll of epic proportions. I mean you should be in the troll hall of fame or something. Either that or you really are just a terrible gamer that has absolutely no clue wtf he is doing. In the time you have spent spouting all the crybaby QQ in this thread you could have done something productive, like reading the DH forums looking for hints and tips so you can actually learn to play your class. But you would rather cry. GG.

posted a message on Inferno Difficulty a failure?

Originally, the team designed inferno difficulty to be a flat difficulty on all acts with the drop rates the same in each act. The reason they decided this at first is because they didn't want people to farm the same area over and over (Meph Runs/Baal Runs). After testing it out, they felt that it wasn't very "Diablo-like" to not have the progressive difficulty. Essentially, they ended up making a fourth difficulty, Inferno, where each act gets progressively harder.

Now that the game has been around for a while, I'm beginning to think that Inferno is kind of a hoax. It was advertised to be this insanely tough difficulty with the best drops in the game. However, once a character is properly geared for Inferno, it is no harder than Hell mode in D2.

Let's face two honest facts. Hell mode is too easy (it was supposed to be as hard as hell in D2), and Inferno is not hard enough. Blizzard needs to do something to fix this. They obviously can't just scale Hell to be as hard as inferno since there's such a big jump in DPS/vit requirement in inferno compared to hell. IMO, they should make it so that you can use a difficulty slider in Inferno. The problem is that Im sick of farming Act 3 over and over since it has the best drops. They need to make an inferno option to be able to choose a difficulty level for each act before you start playing it. That way, I could actually farm Act 1 and have it be challenging/rewarding.

So when did you quit the design team yourself because you seem to "know" things that I haven't seen anywhere on the interweb until reading your post. Saying that Inferno was supposed to be the same drop rate in each act is utterly hilarious and proves you are talking out of your buttocks. Even moreso when you say Hell difficulty in D2 was hard.... what are you smoking kiddo? D2 Hell difficulty was a complete and total fucking joke. You state that D2 hell was more difficult that D3 hell as a "fact" when it is obviously not the truth at all, good shit. Rose tinted nostalgia glasses FTL. As to stating that Act 3 has the best droprates, again, you are wrong. Act 3 and 4 have the same exact drop rates.

Why makes posts and try to state things as fact when you are obviously making it all up?
