posted a message on Accounts being hacked on US servers
    Quote from Khrull777

If somebody is using an authenticator and they still got hacked, it is a server side issue.

The chances of hacking an account with an authenticator are very, very small. It is possible, but extremely small because the code timeframe is just a few seconds. Let's say you were browsing sites you shouldn't be browsing, and all of a sudden lost your account later that day.. What would you tell people, or tell Blizzard? You are going to say you have an authenticator of course, so that you get the sympathy or empathy you are looking for, and not being ridiculed for trying to download a bot or look at a site with known bugs/hacks.

If Blizzard came out and said that their databases have been compromised and that authenticators no longer work because of it, I'll quit D3 forever and eat crow from you all to the point of no returning to DFans. It's worth betting that the kids with compromised accounts do not have authenticators.

posted a message on [SPOILER] What did you think of the story/ending?
    Quote from Nowayouthere

The game was great until the scene where cain died.Honestly we all knew it had to happen,he had been around for 3 games, been very aged and if he hadn't died the figure Deckard Cain would just have lost all of his uniqueness slow over time, all we have loved the old dodderer for. I am ok with him dying as i see the necessarity of it. (Still as a fan it hurts a bit).

I agree with you. I love the storyline, but I absolutely hate how casual Cain's death is. He needed to die, but not in a crappy cutscene by Maghda. It should have been an epic ending to him.

posted a message on Cinematic SPOILERS!!! UPDATED 2!
    Quote from Frostbite5

You're complaining about spoilers in a thread called cinematic spoilers?

I'm not complaining, just stating I should have avoided the thread. Spoilers are supposed to be hidden using their tags. Making spoiler statements is the same as if the OP would have embedded the images into the thread instead of using links.

    Quote from Blackcoin

How were you LUCKY to get sulfuras? FoS in wow were mostly rewards from HARD WORK.. please tell me how hard you worked for your D3 beta key *insert meme here*

I have the Sulfuras and Shadowmourne feats of strength. WoW has nothing to do with hard work. It has to do with wasting a lot of time online and having a lot of e-friends.

Hes got a point, everytime someone has a negative opinion on D3 or what they arn't pleased with you rush in there with your "I Heart Jay Wilson and Crew" t-shirt on and bash them ha.

Unless....you really are Jay Wilson. So Jay, hows that resume looking now that you have a real game on it?

No, the point is that people are sick of reading the same crap that isn't going to change. Just because I'm not whining for the heads of all the designers because of miniscule things doesn't make me a fanboy. It just means I'm manning up and accepting what the game is going to be, and tired of the trolls rehashing the same crap.

Everyone is going to have their own opinions about the game, both positive and negative. Disagreeing with what they are doing doesn't make you right, and doesn't make you the majority.

    Quote from Adon

Yea I forgot that beginners get so frustrated at anything involving them to read or think that they immediately quit. Was Diablo 2 not accessible? It is a pretty easy mechanic I mean "BOOM you leveled, click this giant red button! Ok great now on the right it clearly says you have x skills and x stats, put them somewhere, done." Now we have "boom you leveled...heres your new skill enjoy".

Beginners didn't know that in order to survive Hell that they had to dump all their stats into vitality after getting enough str/dex to wear the gear they wanted. It's an absolutely stupid system that Blizzard removed and benefits the community overall than not. The skill trees were cluttered with useless filler crap that no one used. Get over yourself.
