Once again, what I'm asking for is just a couple(2 or 3) of good items every week / every 500 rares.
Too much to ask ? ...
Thank you stfu to those that disagree.
You're asking for guaranteed loot. If you want that I sincerely suggest that you try out World of Warcraft. They have Valor and Justice Points which guarantee a piece of loot after a certain time interval. Diablo has never done that and hopefully never will.
People empathize with those who have poor RNG (they empathize with WoW players who get unlucky on boss drops too). But to undermine that and just guarantee someone something good every X items would destroy the Diablo system - it would destroy the WoW boss drop system too, which is why JP and VP have a limited array of items you can choose from.
And, frankly, your attitude sucks. These are forums for discussion. As much as I disagree with a lot of people I have never, and will never, insinuate that they're not allowed to post or that they should stfu simply because they disagree with me. If you are really interested in talking only to people who share your exact mindset then you should find some community which shares exactly that mindset. It's rude and aloof to approach a discussion the way you have done on multiple occasions on these forums, though.
Case in point, I think you're a twit because of how you talk to people who disagree with you, but I have never, and will never, tell you to stfu or tell you that you shouldn't post. It's called maturity. Get some. -

I don't care if I'm one of 10 people left in the world playing D3. If there is a server online, I'll be playing it. You kids can keep on moving to games that promote your short attention spans.
I get a kick out of people that get so defensive about this game, that they always feel the need to include a generalized insult to feel better about themselves. There is obviously no other reasonable explanation as to why people have left this game then that they are kids with short attention spans. Boy, you know what's up.
I think the defensive nature is because the malcontents have decided that, instead of just moving on, they're going to troll and flood the forums with negative topics. It's like going to a Honda dealership and listening to some dirty old man sitting in a chair complaining about how horrible his Honda is. You'll probably just laugh it off for a while, but when you're on your 3rd trip back and you're starting to seriously think about purchasing a car, it's going to become fairly annoying.
I'm not suggesting everyone should love D3, hell I don't even love everything about it. I'm suggesting that if you are so discontent with the game, maybe you should give it a rest and try something else and leave people who are enjoying it to enjoy it. There's no need to make everyone else miserable just because you are. -

Malodin posted a message on Diablo 3 off Top 10 List at Gamespot.comDo to the trolling nature of this I would just like to say that I really enjoy fried pickles, I really think they are my favorite type of pickle. I really like them with south western style ranch. Normal ranch just doesn't do it for me any more. I really need that south wester tang. Also I just got a new t-shirt. This post is a horrible waste of time and the fact you read it this far is sad. It is not going to get any better. There is no deep insight. It is however still better than the OP.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion -

So much fail in this thread talking about d2 not having an "end game"
-farm Keys
- to farm organs
- to farm uber's
Guarantee 75% of the people posting never had a good enough character in d2 to farm this world event easily.
Got your torch and your annilus yourself? <bet you didn't do that either.
Fact is Kripp's right, D2 has a ton more replayability because there was simply more to do. And he posts these videos because D2 still had content patches 5-7 years after release. Perfect time to fix things would be a content patch in 1.1.
This post wins that whole debate.
You meant to say "I agree with this post". The fact that you're on one side of the debate and deciding the outcome because someone happened to agree with you perfectly illustrates why you're ill-suited to be part of the discussion at all.
The truth is, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if some sort of "Uber X" scenario was put into D3 at some point down the road. -

riko99 posted a message on Kripp tips @BlizzardAnd shaggy if you did a.net more research you would hasn't found out ladder wasn't implemented until I believe 1.10.. People actually played it just for the grind of items.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
*Edit: and by ladder I mean ladder season with the resets there was always a non important ladder in place. -

No it doesn't.
They didn't add Uber Tristram for a rather long time after the first expansion, yes yes? According to some quick Google searches Uber Tristram was in patch 1.11 which was released in August of 2005. Diablo 2 was released in June of 2000 and LoD was released in June of 2001. That means that your precious "endgame" that you tout wasn't actually implemented until four years after LoD. That alone makes your argument ill-informed, non sequitir, and argumentative.
For roughly four years people just played D2:LoD. No Uber Tristram. Nothing but item hunts and ladder resets to keep them interested. If D2 could not only go a full year between Vanilla and LoD but another four years between LoD and the amazing "endgame" that was Uber Tristram don't you think it's way too soon to be pissing, moaning, and groaning about D3? I mean, D3 has been out... 5 full weeks? Going on 6? Call me a fanboy, but I'm not exactly concerned. This isn't WoW and I don't need new content every 4 months.
Kripp's whole video shows a massive misunderstanding of the difference between MMOs and the Diablo franchise. When in the history of D2 did you ever hear anyone complaining about "endgame?" No. Why? Because that's something that has evolved only with the MMO genre. Hell, most people in EQ didn't drone on and on about "endgame."
EDIT
There would be no "discussion" here if everyone simply worked on facts, and not rose-colored glasses. The Uber Tristram argument is total bullshit once you look at a timeline. But the fact that some people are romanticizing it proves that their recollection of how D2 evolved is.... lacking. -

If you want to farm gold, stick with Act1 Imprisoned Angel quest for a bit. The champ packs should be relatively easy to kill them all with the resists you have. With 5 stacks of NV, you still have a small chance of ilvl 62 and 63 dropping along the way plus killing the Warden and Butcher.
If you want BiS gear dropping, the chances only increase in the higher acts. You should be able progress more in act2 with your gear.

QFT. Good players are good, but nothing really matters when cheap tactics are always in use.

QFT! I'm losing my patience with these people. I want to invent a computer monitor that punches people in the face when they act like that. I will be a billionaire.
