    I just wondered, how long have you been waiting for D3?
    I've waited for Diablo 3 since 06, was a member of this forum then got banned and got a new account and have been waiting since.
    • More so, WHY have you been waiting the time you have?
    The Reason I'm waiting is because hands-down to me Diablo is the best most fun to play franchise out of all that I have played. The story is epic, the gameplay is beyond superb and Blizzard is the best.

    What has kept me going is this forum online discussion, etc. Plus the slow and steady stream of D3 news since 08 has helped a lot. To me there was never a time where i gave up on the game although i have taken two hiatus' from the site back from 07-08 and then again in 09 when i started playing other games, but my mind has always had its focus waiting for D3.
    • Has this candle in the window been similar to any other game you've waited/ing a long time for?
    Not Really, To me the only other games that compare to this one right now are Mass Effect, another fantastic RPG, and Starcraft. I patiently waited for ME2 because ME1 was a blast and Sc2 was phenomenal and i can not wait to play HoTS.
    • What makes this game stand out? Can Blizzard keep the "when it's done" thing going for another 6months-1year?
    What makes this game stand out is that it has depth a real story and it's gameplay, No one comes close to the level of gameplay that blizzard has put in their games. I do firmly believe that they can keep the when it's done thing going for another two years, although by 1 year the following will start to drop dramatically.

    Now For Lore behind the Demon Hunter
    Demon hunter is most Diverse Class. Not just one type of person really fromanywalk of life and are chosen not born into their place. Want revenge forDeathof family and friends from demons, recruited by Demon Hunters. Do have abasein Borderlands where they train recruits. Basic bounty hunter/ ranger class+ Epic quest = badass winning class to play.

    What Drives her?
    The obsessed Hero will do whatever necessary to take out demons from sanctuary.
    Really wanted to show she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty and demonic.


    Glowingeyes to show she probably messed in areas that she shouldn't have.

    Auto-Matchmaking system: Adaptive learning system, more you play the moreaccurate they match you with people. Your skills vs. Opponents skill isimportant, All about winning not how you play. Winning more means you getmore harder opponents, and opposite likewise. The skill rating doesn't wipebetween the seasons, and is not to be confused with ladder points. Playing with Newbie friends doesn't affect any of your otherratings.     Pros here, they play ladders and custom games a lot. They play guys that arealmost their skill level to get better against them and try out new strategies,find this person to enhance how you play and what you do to play better. Theyplay 12 + hours a day. They are made not born because they play a lot to betterthemselves. Practice makes perfect and you should try to better yourself asmuch as possible. Pick a race you are naturally good at, If they aren't playingthey study. They study replays against opponents. If you're on a losing streaktake a break so you don't get worse, go back and study so that you can comeback the next day and get better. No pain no gain, keep it up and don't stopplaying. Lose a couple of close games and then you might lose a lot because youneed to focus on your winning and making yourself psychologically strong so youdon’t get down on yourself. Use the community to help yourself watch replaysand check out what they say and do. If you are not attacking you are probablyusing. Don’t sit back and watch, force your opponent to react to your moves notto his moves. Copy strategies if you can, focus on your mistakes it makes youlearn a ton of new info in lost games.
    Focus on what works for you. it makes you find a new technique that works foryou and can help you out. Don't try to be the pros, try to make yourself yourown pro.
    Always build workers they make you have a bigger army which then provides youwith a better counter. Spend a lot of resources you might as well it'll helpwhen you can make all those units and destroy your enemy.
    2 ways to build refineries, you should build refineries into your build,Strategize if you know you need a lot of gas make 2 if you need a little onlymake 1. Expand far out with a big army expand closely with a smaller an army.
    In steppes of war watch for rushes close rushing distance.
    Scrap yard, quick air distance which means easier air attacks.

    Choke points in front of your base should be utilized.
    Expansion - lost temple Choke points in front of the natural expansions aregood place to cover, and they make for easier expansions.

    COMBAT: Terrain
    choke points, Walls, high ground, etc.
    Using terrain properly can help you. A lot of enemies can create terrain; theones in the front can block the ones in the back making it easier for you tokill. Split up your units, flank and get around the opponent.
    Micro manage not a lot though cause then the opponent can make a lot more unitsand you won’t have any extra units to send.
    Counters Soft counters - marines vs. zealots pretty even
    hard counters Marines vs. colossi but using the right technique will help youout.

    Proxy rush, useful against greater skill than you. Only need to memorize onebuild. Cannon rush use pylons to block off the base. All in rush use one buildorder and then make a huge rush with all that you have.
    SC2PANEL FOR CUSTOM MAPS AND MODS:

    Created for the community not for what they like. their goal is to improve theeditor and how you customize maps. Even game types. Custom heroesand custom abilities. Inventory systems. DOTAMAPS. PUZZLE MAPS. Manydifferent game types. UI maker. Tried to make it easier. a bigger focus.




    How they approach the design of the maps:


    First and foremost the fun factor or the mission of the map. Important so youcan concentrate your energy into the fun factor, and when you put too many funfactors in you dilute the fun.




    Easy to Learn- big tutorial and it helps you find out how to make all the stuffeasily. The thrill is to make things that are fun for you.




    Tower Defense: timer units come when timer hits zero and you have to have moretowers for better defense clearly.




    Feedback is incredibly important. You think your map is done. No go online andget direct feedback.

    People love killing Zombies.


    Inspiration from Left 4 Dead 2.


    Changes to special zombies so they are special.


    Zerg Biomass is a resource tool. Destruction of infested structures and specialzombies. It is a tradable resources and is shared between the two players. Itis used for upgrades and tech research. Designed for everyone.

    There is a story of what is going on and why before the game starts. Also 4difficulties in the game.



    Word of advice Make it easy for everyone because being too difficult makes itsfrustrating to newbies.



    Aiur Chef:

    Play as a protoss zealot warrior chef, collect resources for recipes and theperson with the highest point is winner between 8 people.

    Blizzard DOTA:

    Inspiration goes back to original SC Aion of Strife map. That inspired DOTA andthat influenced this Blizzard DOTA.



    2 evenly matched teams’ 5v5 heroes who tip the balance one way or another, andcan level up and get new abilities and items. Only requires one hero so youdon't have to macro manage awhile army. Iconic Blizzard heroes like zeratul,and the master of blades, Muradin.

    Some small words onthe Demon Hunter. They like it like the character look and feel. They neededthat archetype and they had the ranger idea and the first three announcedclasses , the wiz, barb, and WD, for four years.

    When will the beta be released? 6 months before releaseNothing will be released until beta.

    Any class specific quests? No, No one wanted to do the classspecific quest. But each class has a “character” Hook- Lore book- Item abouteach specific class, some background info and what not.

    They don’t want to tone down skills but add what is missing.

    No E-Sports because it is not Uber balanced and won’t be,The didn’t feel Diablo 2 was good enough with PvP so they thought of it fromthe Start.

    Pre made maps or random maps for PvP

    Pre made but theyhave different modes.

    What is the current state of the game?

    Very close to completing core features. The whole game hassome issues some things don’t flow or work well. It is more than 50% completefor sure. Game layout is complete from beginning to end. There are rough areassay at a boss it will not move and one attack will let you kill it, but thegame is fully walk able from beginning to end.

    Jay: talking about the lore behind this game thestandard 20 years ago yadda yadda ya. Today they'll talk about how they build theworld under siege first story then environment and other items. Very fast paced game clicking everything thatmoves and destroying it. Action storytelling: Play don't tell, they wantus to experience the story not tell us. Referencing the Diablo 2 intro conversationas a bad example. length 1:04 minutes Monsters killed : 0 Loot gained: 0 Story:all. You don't want to watch you want to kill andblow monsters head off. About to show a video of actual demo footageabout how they changed this. Aimed to tell the story by allowing youto play it. Not long talks. When possible, allow you to play whileyou hear. Conversations go on during fights and walks instead of having to staystill and talk. Opt-in storytelling: More info, more lore, morein-depth. The player can experience it when they want to. Using lore books,items found in the world that when clicked on have an audio play telling loreand story behind it while you walk around and kill monsters, which doesn't slowdown game play. The example used is a book from King Leoric. Not just using newstory but filling out previous storylines as well. A perfect story is a siege. Everyone understandsit instantly. Diablo 3 is killing monsters and getting loot. They are about toshow us bastions keep and its walls being sieged by the most demons ever. Theydon't want to make you do things, they want to say heres a siege you do it hwoyou want to do it. Clearing out dungeons is still a key component and now feelscooler when you are saving all of humanity. They always had a siege idea. They alwaysthought of a battleship so they knew what direction hey wanted. Instead ofarchers to be harpoon type guns like a battleship and instead ofsquare or circle towers they used triangles to be like the bow of aship. Simple materials, Iron strong and sturdy That was first pass, initial impressions,refining the initial, they felt that it was too simple so they went to the ironmade it darker blockier lighter stone darker iron so contrast is better. After that they get images ready for modelers.They try to cram as much info as possible into one image. They use many thingsin one image and then split up the image and make a lot of small modular parts. The interior, More warm inviting feeling insidebecause everyones okay on the inside at the beginning. From triangles tosquares so they aren't as threatening, also iron to wood because wood is warmenough. They put more weapons inside to show how the soldiers are gettingready. When they get a concept, the environment teamhas a meeting on how to get them into in game concepts. From the pictures shownthey had a lot to work with. Quick video on a Gray box version. Basicallyfiguring out the big static objects with no color and it's sort of a test. Then they put into materials. Wood stone andthey made it feel warmer than the outside, unique because they had to make theinterior different from the outside while keeping them unique. Then they add indestructible's and lighting effects and particle effects. Obviously game is for killing monsters and loot.So going through the area you don't just keep moving you stop and look atchests or kick in a barely to see if it is loot or a skeleton. So they populate the word prettyevenly. All of them are hand placed and in rational positions. Treasure chestsin libraries and storages. Corpses are in battlefield or places withconflict. Mini dungeons: changes of scenery, introducesnew monsters. This is where the monsters come from. rewarding explorationexperience. Also great opportunity to introduce story elements. always anopportunity to tell story. Events: walk through a swamp and boom zombiesmight pop out of the ground. Brings the world to life, Unique enemies and makesthe world hazardous, another story element. A lot of attention is put into breakableobjects. First it is fun to break things, kill monsters and come back then killthe furniture. World feels more real. Objects can tell a story. What lives in this world? Combinations of monster's, and what makes thisdungeon different from the last one. If the dungeon is littered with fallen andnothing else and no treasure it is boring. They try to mix it up and mix bigwith little enemies, there’s the caster, the ranged guy, so you are always onyour toes. Monsters how do you make them? Each team gets a monster and they make what theywant the monster to fill; (swarmer, debuff) How does it behave? Does model work? Test new Ideas. They debate a lot of things very simple thingslike spending hours on toenails. After all the debate and they put it in the gameand test it. They give it a behavior and give it an"epic death" experience; all monsters die a different way so it ismore personal and satisfying. Monster behavior and A.I Grave digger monster, humanoid, attack with ashovel. Start with an idle state digging wanderingdigging Then get close and it is a suspicious mode, hehas heard something looks around suspicious then get close and they attack. What did they learn? Normal enemies have very short life spans; theywant you to mow through normal enemies to make you feel powerful. Non combat behavior doesn't want to be seen,they want you to be constantly killing going in head on. Spawning animations are meant to becool, bursting out of barrels and walking up walls. The second important thingis the death they want you to watch it forever. The third important thing isthat they don't want the monsters to get at you , example is fallen vs.DH, DH needs to move back the fallen always comes at you. So whatthey did was they delayed him just a bit so you can actually kill them and helpyou out. Taunting is another technique to help you somedon't come at you so you can attack them not them attack you. Another isrunning near you to scare you. Also typical fallen A.I they run when one ofthem dies. They really want you to go in and destroy everything in sight.

    NOW ONTO ARMOR SETS: Want to come up with a lot ofvariety showing a barb armor high leveled, and it is very ornate for a barb.

    They want to give you a lot of choices but theywant you to have that feel of the character they don't want to diverge formthat.

    DYES they want you to be able to find a new way tocustomize your gear, and they want you to have as many choices as possible.Dyes are picked up bought or crafted, certain dyes are more rare than others.

    Weapons progressions: Axes going from very simpleto very ornate and fantastic. They want the simple ones to read like they aresimple and as you go up they want you to feel that its amazing, they don't careas much about the middle they want you to see which feels right. They arethemed, so they look more evil or nicer, for all the armor and weapons.




    Randomness is completely unpredictable. If youdon't get a wep drop form an entire dungeon it isn't a mess up in the system itis was how it was supposed to be. D2 answer was vendors. No loot at all makesthe game difficult. Crafting artisans is vendors 2.0.

    NONE, the reason being that customization mods areawesome but the problem was the whole game got shifted by the community andthey don't want Diablo to be shifted from the easy learning intuitive design toa much more complex design.

    In multiplayer if I have a level 1 artisan and myfriend has a level 2 than do they transpose or will your vendorstill be level 1?Are they accessible in the PvP world?
    They had crazy ideas where all the vendors arethere, but they found that just being able to see your own vendor is the way togo, but if people give us feedback and want a change they will look at it.

    No it does not; they transfer over instead ofresetting. There are 18 tiers and they go through all three difficulties.

    No because they want you to keep looking for thedyes and using new ones. All the parts of your dyable armor can be differentfrom the other armors.

    Anyone who has the official live feed can go and get a look at what the RayTV player will look like for Blizzcon 2010 as it is up right now showing you demo and test videos. The Main stage with the normal Blizzcon video, Then a closed caption Main stage, Then a Dev Stage which shows the Diablo 3 Cinematic, The RTS stage has the SC 2 cinematic and the WoW stage has the WoW cinematic. So It seems liek the main focuz of Blizzcon really is Diablo 3 even though there is barely anything Diablo related here.

    10. The original U.I bag system. Basically copy pasted from WoW. I'll say it one more time since this is a long post and you tend to forget things said earlier, this isn't about WoW its just about the unoriginal take on the entire project. They wanted to add little tiny pixel icons for our gear images. A HUGE part of diablo is seeing your gear and having it look awesome in your inventory. That is why the tetris inventory was so unique and cool. If we never said anything about it, we would have had the same u.i as WoW's aside from the hotkey bar and the orbs on the sides. Again, not about WoW, just about the unoriginal take on diablo 3's entire project and the entire idea it seems was to make it less like diablo with everything. Yes it was changed for the better because people voiced their concerns. If no one did that... well I'll leave it up to you to decide what the end result would have been.

    11. Frozen stat allocation. Another hot topic. I am 50-50 on this for obvious reasons such as equality among players however the loss of it making it less like diablo and the loss of customization was rather disappointing.

    This will be a long post but it should be fairly interesting if you are looking forward to diablo 3, so don't dismiss it right away please.

    Imho I am worried about diablo 3. Hear me out please and take all my points into consideration. I feel that they are not being original enough with diablo 3. Yes I am going to say it, "world of warcraft" but really I don't have any problem whatsoever with that game. In fact when I played it I enjoyed it thoroughly. The only reason I quit playing was because it ended up becoming more like an actual job rather than fun. My real quarrel is that they just aren't being original enough with diablo 3 and maybe they simply lost their blizzard touch on this one.

    Again if you are still with me, hear me out please because I would really like to get my point across in detail. I will list a bunch of reasons regarding why I've decided I am worried about diablo 3 and potentially future blizzard games. Some regard to WoW, some regard to the game itself, some points just regarding blizzard in general. Keep in mind my main focus here isn't to compare it to WoW its simply to compare my points to the unoriginality that's being pushed on Diablo 3.

    I will be bringing up some old points and some new ones. But again, I would really like you to follow through with me, Look and see where I am coming from because really, I am worried about D3 and future blizz products. I have no doubt D3 will be fun but it isn't the diablo 3 I envisioned when I was imagining what it would be like when I was playing diablo 2. I know everyone out there that played D2 envisioned what a diablo 3 would be like in their own minds. I have to say that I didn't envision D3 to be anything like what they were/are creating.

    I will list my reasons for the personal conclusion that I've come to and please keep an open mind. This comes down to originality and making diablo 3 as good as it can be and what it should/could have been like with the right minds doing the right job.

Yes doing things like this saves time but... it just cuts the originality of Diablo and its sequel #3 like a hot knife through butter. And let's be honest with each other, if they are going to do something as obvious as this WHO KNOWS how many more of these there could be in the game that were just copy and pasted?

    2. Diablo 3 items when they first released information about them were originally going to be in a unique- then -epic order with epic items being purple colored and the best you could get until the community outraged and it was changed (at least I think it was changed?). Even if it wasn't changed the point stands on an originality basis.

    3. The original Character screen U.I that can be seen in the original gameplay trailer found on the D3 website. Basically copy and pasted from world of warcraft. Again, it isn't WoW being the problem, its the unoriginal eye being scoured into D3 like some hot twisted piece of metal. Yes it was changed for the better, but what kind of product would we have got if we never said anything about their work??

    4. The stylized art style. I know its a hot topic and we all know it isn't going to change because it would basically be resetting everything they have done. That isn't the point though and I'm not asking them to change it I'm just dropping it into the melting pot of my overall concerns.

    5. Health orbs. Yes they feel very arcade like and everyone knows they could do a better job on it rather than putting floating red globes everywhere for health. We all know there can't be any more potion spamming because that just doesn't work but floating red balls that pop out of enemies? Come on, we all know they can do better than this.

    6. 60 level limit now. I think this speaks for itself. Nothing really wrong with it but it isn't original for diablo 3, it isn't a good idea in my opinion and it kind of ruins skill tree's based on the fact that you wont have the amount of points to play around with that you did in D2. Once you finish hell you should be level 60. I'm just wondering if there's going to be mounts at 40 now based on this unoriginality thumb print that I can't seem to watch out of my eyes for diablo 3. Just because something works in another game doesn't mean its the best solution and the best idea.

    7. The glowing aspects of the game that just look ugly and dumbs the game down. Take the original gameplay trailer as example. The skeletons have glowing shields, the entire area under the dungeon is glowing. There's virtually no realistic firelight radius at all. The glowing weapons on the barbarian that deal extra lightning/ice damage is way to excessive. It's just all too pretty for diablo 3. Just refer to this picture again.
    My link This is what it's all about. Not ridiculous amounts of glowing objects/areas however that seems to be the theme on what diablo 3 is based around.

    8. Only 4 characters per game based on how intense the visuals are. Here's an idea... tone the visuals down? The combat doesn't have to be a giant glowing rainbow bomb unless they want it to be.

    9. None-changing area's. Only dungeons are randomly changed. The outside world is static. I find this completely boring if the level cap will be 60 and if we will finish hell by level 60 I see a very boring game that will be a lot less repetitive than D2.

    At the moment I can't think of any other reasons to prove my point that I am very concerned with diablo 3 and concerned for diablo 3's unoriginality and the ideas and gameplay that made blizzard what it did at the time of D2//warcraft 3. When I look at diablo 3 what pops into my mind on what they have done so far is "what was the easiest solution", "What can we copy and paste that will work?", "lets do what will save the most time and resources". Imho Those are the first things that pop into my head when I take a real good look at Diablo 3 so far, I'm just worried about diablo 3 and future blizzard products in general if they are going to keep doing this crap again and again. I mean just think about what we would end up with if we didn't voice ANY concerns about the game at all. Really think about that and re-read my points as much as you want. Just remember, what would we get if we didn't say anything about their progress?

    Anyway, I hope you thought this was interesting and at least insightful on some level or another. In the end I personally wont be getting the "OMG THAT IS AMAZING!" Diablo 3 that I expected I would be. Instead I will be getting the handmedown unoriginal game created for the masses. Fun may it still be, the point is what it could have been. In the end my main goal with this was to at least open some peoples eye's just a little bit so we don't end up accepting everything we get without question. If we do that we will all end up like console gamers in the very near future.


    Okay i'm going to go Point by Point counter assesment.

    1.Okay so what you're telling me with this point is that you think Diablo should no longer have any undead in the game based on its "un-originality"... did I get that right? My point is this, You can't have hell's minions without some sort of undead. All the cultists do are summon small beasts that deal massive damage. How is this a direct copy of WoW's undead?

    2. What is so bad about unique-epic? It isn't unoriginal at all in fact Diablo was the first to use Unique items, and so what if Epic is better all they did was borrow from their other franchise which isn't unoriginality if they made it.

    3. Again WoW got their Bar from the most basic Hot Bar system. Where would you have liked Diablo to go with this one. There are still mouse based skills exactly like D2 only it is in a condensed bar that doesn't take up the entire bottom portion of the screen. In fact looking at the UI looks completely normal and new If you haven't noticed WoW has your guy standing in the center of the Character U.I in Diablo your guy is not present so again I don't understand what your gripe about "unoriginality" is.

    4. Alright Alright enough with this "art style is too pretty for me cause I am monochromatic" Honestly lighten up the world is rebuilding there was a twenty year break in between D2 and D3 grass grows and so do trees, rains fall and rainbows form it is called life. If you have problems with this game not being dark enough go look at the tristram footage. IT is in a graveyard and there is a pile of dead bodies in a huge wagon somewhere.

    5.Health orbs are perfectly fine. They do what they need to and they tell you when they do it. Instead of just dishing out health for hitting a monster you have to actually pick this thing up which makes you think more than just "oh hey, I need health i'll just run in and attack." It presents a challenge to the player, such as in "Oh crap I have 26 HP, How do i get through these five Dark Cultists and make it to the health orb in time"

    6. Level 99 serves absolutely NO PURPOSE WHATSOEVER! I don't understand what the obsession is with it being 100 or 99. 99 took a long ass time to get to constant Baal runs and it gets boring. Level 60 is absolutely fine and just cause they did it like WoW doesn't mean it unoriginal WoW took most of it's shit from diablo so you can say WoW is an upgrade to Diablo.

    7. I have literally never been more stunned in my life. How can you say that you don't want to see your axe have lightning bolts flying erratically out of your axe? IT just looks awesome, and seeing the coldness steam off your axe is killer, and the insane fire effect on your maul what is so bad about this?. Skill effects make half the game. When i wanna rain blizzards on enemies I wanna see it in high detail with maximum effect and watch my enemies freeze and crack under it. I don't want some lame toned downed effects.

    8. Again the effects are fine 4 players is fine as well. How many do you want? 9? It just isn't needed. You can beat the game with four and you can have fun watching kick-ass spells and blood and guts flying everywhere from your enemies. This is why i love this game. THERES BOATLOADS OF GORE!

    9. I sort of agree here. It kind of kills re-playability, but at the same time it helps people out. Instead of having to wander aimlessly hoping to find the opening to Stony field, it is west 45 degrees every time. It just makes it easier. And i kind of like it this way because It makes it a lot more linear and I'll know where I have to go. If i want to fight enemies I can go into dungeons and fight them there. They will be random and new every time.

    The first thing that pops into my head when they made this game. "Let's color it a bit instead of using the same old Mono Chromatic colors we used in previous games.","Let's turn up the effects so people can admire their kick ass gear and skills and watch the blood fly out instead of having 20 people do the same exact thing.", "Let's do what makes it easier for our players, let's get advanced mechanics for old timers and easy new ones for newcomers of all ages."

    And You are completely wrong about it being made for the masses. Indeed they need newcomers clearly kids ten years ago don't have the same time they do now to play their game. They of course want new people to come but how often do you see games like this come out, Oh thats right NEVER! Not many people like these types of games either, if you haven't noticed it has to have a gun or the masses hate it. The only game i can find close to this game that currently out is Dragon age and Torchlight all other games like this just seem to lack what Diablo emphasized, the blood the guts the gore. The darkness is what makes this game. Also, by darkness i don't mean turn everything gray red and black I mean the looks the depth of the gore the amount of it the eeriness of places.

    Honestly Horde mode gets over boring. The way GoW did it was every wave increased the level of monsters. You'd first start out with small monsters working your way up to mulchers and boomers and what not at wave 10. Once beaten wave 11 will start and display the Attack boost the defense boost and difficulty boost that the new monster had every ten levels this happened till you got to wave 50 the last and most difficult wave. I beat all 50 I had to stop every ten -15 waves from boredom and then it was nothing more than replaying a slaughter of monsters. Sure from time to time i like to go back but it gets boring very quickly

    Then epic games introduced an update that gives you XP another good idea for Horde mode. The more waves you kill the more XP you have the harder the monsters are at wave 1 based on your lvl. So say you just start wave 1 at level 1 you'll get what I got when i first played now start wave 1 when you're level thirty and well lets say you'll have boomers and mulchers starting already and they'll be harder and harder and harder and harder until you reach max level. Not a bad idea to upgrade re-playability but it still suffer5s from the same thing it gets boring too quickly and after fully completed theres no point in going back just to re-kill it all again sure it might be fun for an hour but then its just bland and boring as you'll die quickly and not want to restart all over again. Another way it was boring if you start at level 1 and you have the easiest monsters well that just sucks theres no use in going through every single level again so easily you kinda just want a challenge already and therefore you get bored and put down the controller like i did.

    In order to implement this well they would have to have an ever increasing difficulty and some sort of a reward maybe a small exp gain but something enough that you'll feel like doing it cause if it is too small people wont feel it is useful and then they'll get bored. Also keep updating with new monsters the more monsters the merrier, the way i see it a new monster can mean all the difference between an hour and three hours of play. I don't want to be killing the same ten monsters for three hours its just kind of retarded. Halo actually did a better Job at Horde mode, Firefight, from Halo:ODST actually let you have a base and set up a camp in the base and essentially let the horde come to you where as in GoW you were limited in space and most of the time the place you hid in was easily accessible from all sides only certain maps have good areas to duck in cover in. The maps were also much larger in Halo which was a big plus for me instead of having a 100foot by 100 foot place i had a 1000x1000ft place to run around freely and take different vantage points. Since there were also allot of maps to choose from you had bunches of vantages point on each unique map that offered preferred use for one type of gun or another and the diversity of the monsters also helped. And every wave it wasn't the same this monster this monster this monster, they switched it up they said heres 4 brutes but the next time you did wave four oh heres 15 grunts of equal fighting power. This is what Blizzard would need to do, have a wide range of maps that are big and have vantage points and open ground for fights and a nice base or two for archers and long ranged mages to attack from and there needs to be a diversity in monsters more than just 50 i wanna see allot and it needs to be switched up the order they come in. Say the last wave gives u Baal the first time around the next time i don't want Baal i want 350 fallen equal to the power of Baal so its interesting and you always have to be on your toes and know the different strategies for the different monsters that you face.

    Okay so i watched Twilight and read all 4 books. i can tell you the books sound like a 15 year old wrote it. They suck badly and in the fourth one it was the dumbest thing ever I wanted to kill myself for reading the series. They fucked up what a vampire and a werewolf should be(I'm sorry but no faggot vampire that sparkles will scare me, nor will a pansy werewolf that hates vampires for stealing his girl, What are we a bunch of no-life black hoodlums that shoot people cuz that guy is going out with the girl he likes?...) And finally its just a bad movie i mean the acting is horrendous. They don't do anything right i mean its pretty bad. Also it annoys me to see it EVERYWHERE, fuck man you can't get away from this series till it dies with the fourth movie and im praying for when it happens cause all i seein commercials are "TEAM JACOB ORTTEAM EDWARD? COME TO BK AND GET A TEAM TOY!" its like ENOUGH ALL READY FOR FUCKS SAKE ITS A DUMB MOVIE YOU DONT NEED TO SHOVE IT DOWN MY THROAT LIKE YOUR DAD DID TO YOUR MOM WITH HIS DICK... I mean its just anbnoying and the fact that all you hear are little girls screaming over it, its just a stupid movie that gets way too much attention which it doesn't deserve. And when you say lovers, only 1/4th of those actually like it all the others are "loving" the movies cuz they just think Rob pattinson or taylor lautner are cute.
