I'm gonna be a barb, nice can't really call em builds though, skill combo is better.none of us know how tough inferno is so NO ONE can can say what build is best
youre only slow is fan of knives, which has a 10 second cooldown. i think inferno will definetly need quite a bit of crowd control to keep them slowed and at a distance.

(this build was before D3 launched... looking back on it now - i had no idea what i was doing)
Overall a solid build, I would just like another slow or another way to dodge enemies.
I would change Evasive Fire since I don't like the way how the backflip works in beta. You're flipping when you don't need too and seems like a resource waste. Instead I would take Entangling Shot with "Chain Gang".
I don't do math but I would be intrested in how much crit you would need for Night Stalker to outshine Perfectionist. I also wonder if these "chance" passives could be on a PPM system?

1. Backflip as been reworked so it should not be as bad as before.
2. He as 2 slow, frost arrow and fan of knives.
3. With smoke screen runed as it is, there is no need for another hatred generator or a better one.
The only move i would make, is trading multishot for preparation since i don't see the point of having multishot whit frost arrow, it seems redundant. Also, it will definitely help you to keep shadow power up most of the time.
I think that evasive fire with smoke screen is a good combo. I would never use evasive fire without smoke screen. When you get pushed against a wall, evasive fire is not helpfull anymore. In this case, you can smoke screen trough the mobs, position yourself in the direction you want to backflip and then cast evasive fire to backflip away from danger.

I never understand this line of thinking. If this is the position you take on new things, why would you even leave your house? Meh...I'd go outside, but idk how hard it will be to deal with all the shit.

Frost arrow is an aoe slow. What other slows are there anyways? Are you suggesting caltrops in every build?

One is never hurt by being given additional choices, only by taking them away. A QUADRILLION MAGIC FIND is worthless if you can't kill shit!

I considered entanging shot, but I have a couple problems with it.
#1 It only hits for 75% weapon dmg....meh

Yah I considered this too. I was thinking to use it for wide range aoe, but now that I look back at the videos it isnt as wide as I thought. Might need to change it...but I am not sure I need more disc as I regenerate 2 disc / sec, and I hate long cooldown abilities.

entangling shot isnt suppost to be a major damage dealer. with chain chang it slows 4 enemies by 60%, even if it is for only 2 seconds, thats still a pretty good crowd controling ability. true, frost arrow does more damage, but im pretty sure when the arrow splits it will be a very small arc, making you have to shoot it multiple times at multiple enemies. by the time you get the 3-4 shot off, the first enemy isnt slowed anymore. this is all theory and not tested, just how i endvision it will work
as for caltrops, i honestly think this ability sucks. even in beta ive seen it fail miserably. scavengers can run through it (yes they get slowed) but theyre so fast it doesnt allow you to gain much distance. maybe with the 80% slow it will be worth more, but that is yet to be seen

The old skill details stated, "Description: Turns into a frost arrow that explodes out conal damage from the back of the first target hit for 104% weapon damage. Affected enemies have movement speed slowed by 75% for 3.0 seconds."
So yes, it will be a conal effect directly behind the target. However, if you shoot the front mob, which should be prettye easy, then it should be quite effective. The slow only lasts 1 second, so yah you have to spam it, but thats kind of the point...its your primary dmg spell if you need a slow.

Fire a frost arrow that splits into multiple arrows after hitting its target, dealing 170% weapon damage as Cold. Affect enemies have their movement speed reduced by 60% for 1 second.
doesnt specify how many arrows it splits into. maybe it only splits into 2. i doubt it would turn into a multishot from behind its primary target. especially since the rune not only slows, but increases the damage by 15% weapon damage. until we actually see the new version of this skill rune, im not sold. if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is

I think it depends on what you're going for with your generator. Here you make it sound like the damage output of it is important, but you also imply that survivability is because of choosing the only one with a defensive aspect. If you picked it for both those reasons, I'd say definitely keep it, otherwise if you are just looking for a good damage source then you'd be better off with Hungering Arrow or Bola Shot.
Multishot also seems somewhat redundant. You already have a spender in Elemental Arrow which not only also hits multiple targets, but hits harder as well as costs less resources, and also slows. What about replacing it with something else that adds damage and/or survivability like Cluster Arrow runed Maelstrom or Caltrops runed Jagged Spikes or Bait the Trap. Marked for Death could even be useful if you're planning on playing in a group.

Though evasive fire doesn't slow, I think it still works quite well as a defensive ability. Runed the backflip propels me back 30 yards, and the passive tactical advantage increases my speed by 60% for 2 seconds afterwards.
Whether Frost arrow is redundant is completely dependent on how well Frost arrow works in AoE situations. If it works like I am thinking, then I agree that its probably redundant. Just need to think of a substitute for that situation.

No no, I didn't mean that Frost Arrow is redundant, I love how it fits your build as far as primaries go. I meant multishot felt redundant because how you have these two skills runed, it seems inferior to Frost Arrow in pretty much every way.
Theres also the idea of switching multishot's rune to surpression fire that way you can use breath deep more to activate tactical advantage thus overall increasing your movement. That actually sounds like a really good thing

OHh my bad, yah I mean multi-shot might very well be redundant.

In theory builds can look really good but in reality they may suck because we don't know how tough enemies are going to be yet.

If you are not intrested in taking another slow, I would replace Shadow Power with Vault. Then it would be an idea to take Hungering Arrow or Bola Shot shot instead of Evasive Fire.

I've seen videos of it this patch and it still seems awful imo.

By using common sense and your knowledge of D2 and D3 up to this point. Its called extrapolation.
