So how do you feel in the mornings? Are you a morning person or do you feel like shit? Post a picture to help explain if you want.
I always feel like crap in the morning, I get very little sleep and feel like I've been run over by a truck. This is my attempt at TRYING to be a morning person.
I cba to make a picture because I don't have time but:
It depends on how long I sleep, how long time I have to prepare myself and appearently exercising helps you feel better in the morning.
When I do those things I feel great. But I usually don't. I don't sleep a lot and go up too late.
What that means is I get stressed, I feel sick when trying to eat breakfast and I don't have any time to shower.
It is really important to drink water before you eat in the morning. And drink water slowly, and give it a minute before you eat anything or drink anythign else. Never drink anything else but water as the first thing you drink.

Tips for better mornings:
-Stay hydrated all day (esp before you sleep and after you wake up)
-Don't eat and immediately go to sleep, give yourself at least a couple hours to digest
-Get more sleep
-Refrain from drug and alcohol use shortly before bed

Man I just realized insomnia ruins all of those...

-My mouth is dry from my medication all the time, I imagine my body probably is too I should drink more water.
-My insomnia medication and other meds make me hungry so I can't resist late night snacking.
Sounds like you need to take your insomnia meds with dinner (giving them more time to kick in) and drink more water in general. Fight that urge to snack, it's one of the most common reasons people cannot fall asleep. Especially if the foods are easily digestible sugars.

This is so true. I used to graze a lot at night and you really wouldn't think it gives you that much energy but it does. Even sometimes I'd eat a bowl of cereal and it would keep me up for quite a while.
My biggest problem in the morning is age-related. It appears that early-onset senility hits me from 5am to around 7am when I prep for my early morning lectures. Happened this morning actually, I had the power-point for my 1:00pm class up and just went into it and one of the not-so-timid sophomores asked me what the heck was up. I pulled up this image as a screen-saver while I fixed things:
Little do people know but with extra vitamin B aswell as D you can help turn yourself into a morning person . If you want to know more about how to send me a PM and Ill let you know how.
I myself have no problem being nocturnal or a morning person.

What more is there to know? Take a multivitamin on a daily basis.
Hell, that's good for you regardless of sleep pattern.

True but taking extra B and D helps you shift around where your primary sleep schedule is.

Siaynoq's Playthroughs
+1 hahaha
Definitely got to lotion up, don't want dry skin in the winter...
Physical activity wont influence how you get to sleep only how long you will sleep for!
I'm a morning person for sure. I get up at 5:30 am everyday to run, cycle or surf!

Oh and don't masturbate (right b4 bed)
I completely forgot about that. Good advice.
In-bed works better. Preferably with a partner.
