So what is underground? Is it like sewers or something?
Why do I need to read a magazine to find some metal bands? What happened to the supreme power of the internet.
And $9 for a fucking magazine is a ripoff. I'd rather sign up for Popular Mechanics or something...
You're the one who started with the whole argument.
"underground" is a community of musicians/artist that keep in touch through Mail. Some choose to do it through the internet(i dont). The zine is over 200 pages long it costs almost $9 to copy it... you could tape trade for the zine but u think that's silly. Books of the same size cost $20 in a book store so im not complaining.

Are these musicians super poor that they can't afford internet access or what?
Yes, I think this is silly. Because it seems that these guys avoid normal presentation simply to permit themselves to be called underground. I also don't see how the music these guys write would be any better or worse than mainstream. If you ask me, they're just afraid of public display.
What does that have to do with enclosed contact? Not signing with major labels just means you do not use those labels to advertise, but you can still make yourself heard and make people aware of your existence. Being in contact via mail only sounds more like avoiding a broad audience, which there are reasons for as well (insufficient supply, etc.).

Thought they might be good names (if not taken) as I was looking at pictures of Prague's Bone Church Kutna Hora, that's about as much death as you can hope to find in one place. It was built with the skeletal remains of 40,000 people.
If memory serves I believe the story (as it was told to me years back) goes; they died from illness in a severe winter, they were short on wood because they were burning all of it to stay warm in the winter. Furniture, buidings, trees, etc. All they had were the dead to build the church with.
Register on isb.igbgaming.com to truly see how little you'd be, and how little oyu know compared to some others. This isn't spammin btw..it isn't my forum, nor do I care.
Being gay is one thing, but being a queen is another. I wouldn't listen to a queen singing..if I were to do that, I might as well play Elton John. Several Metal musicians are gay, but aren't queens..so I wouldn't feel odd listening to them. I'm no homophobe, just a mere queenophobe. Their music after the first two albums is stuff that girls who want to think they're Metal, would listen to. Not my cup of tea.
