WOw... I got fooled. Damn... I guess it was kinda suspicious when you said that you didnt post much concept art on here, and mainly just on your Deviantart page... but then again... that isnt really suspicious. x.X
But anyways, congrats on fooling nearly everyone.
I'd have to admit, I just read the post and never checked the email or anything... I simply just took your word for it. ;<

wow... congrats jetrall.... i'm happy for you..... or maybe i should really read the rest of everyone's quotes before i start making asumptions..... but it would be cool if you did get hired by them.... oh well
God I wish this were true. I never submitted a resumé to Blizzard. Art is a hobby for me - which I think I've made clear many times - not a career. Enjoy your anger at me. It was all worth it.
(Except losing some of Carlos' trust. That I shall regret for a long time).
PS: Some of you doubted me.. Good on you.
I was suspicious because I remember you were 16 or 17. Also, I know you aren't capable of concept art, at least the stuff that Blizzard makes. Though I didn't completely doubt you.

It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.
Yeah. It's 16 for a minor minimum-wage job, and a full job like that requires you to be 18. And I didn't think you were capable of the kind of concept art they make because I've never seen you actually make any concept art, just effects on existing images. Pretty much goes for everyone here.

Exactly. Most employment positions at Blizzard require at least two years of experience in their respective fields, and it's highly unlikely that anyone under the age of 18 meets those requirements.
Also, Blizzard requires that most of their employees live in Irvine, California. Not even game-testers are able to live outside of the area.
Blizzard doesn't have game-testers. Their existing staff (think it's the people who are there to check for issues / hacking possibilties) do all the game-testing.
Besides, it's not like I did any research on this thing. It was, after all, just a prank.

Asshole...
Funny though. It really looked like a Gmail message...
I enjoyed this april fools thread, I knew it was an april fools joke, but a small percent wanted me to believe you since you said it wasn't an april fools joke, and that the email was sent on the day before april fools.
You should draw us some Diablo III concept art for us to look at, because you are incredible Jetrall!

Not if you delete the original message!
Although, yes, that was an error on my part. (Also there was some confusion with the time-stamps on my part).
Next time I pull a prank like this one (which I shant do here), I shall remedy those mistakes!

Yeah, I never replied because like, I know he's too young to be an employee of Blizzard... So I kinda knew it was an April Fools joke...

I actually do a good deal of concept art, I just don't upload it here, because none of it is Diablo 3 oriented.
As for the job thing, I wasn't aware of that. Here in Canada, I think after 14 or 15 you can have basically w/e job you can get.

Nice try, anyway.
