It didn't look crappy. But it was still mainly premade though.
Well, the main problem web-designers have is the design. The main problem I have is implementing the design that I have. In other words, I am a noob at web-markup.
Lol, I lost heart to do it. But thanks to Genesis, I am now fully inspired to help fix up the Diablo Wiki... tomorrow. Sucks that its now 1.56am for me lol, so my punctuality to read your post was probably the worst possible time. When I wake up tomorrow, hopefully my inspiration will remain. I'll probably focus on each character that's ever mentioned and their relationship to everyone else. That's what interests me the most - family trees and timelines and stuff. I'd have to read through all the books again though and make notes as I go. But time well spent I should think.
Cult of Rathma? You mean Priests of Rathma, as they call themselves. Though yeah, they do fit the definition of cult perfectly. Wow, I never thought of them as a cult. But 'cult' is such a fearful term...
Its my first because it was originally just gonna be in these forums (I posted it in the storyline section), but then I thought hey, I may as well add it to the diablo wikia.
Nice, I was wandering where Legacy of Blood fitted in with Diablo 2. That Drognon never mentioned that he had tried to get into the Arcane Sanctuary get before you arrived, and he never mentioned anything about Bartucs armour... And Drognon or any of the other townfolk in Lut Gholein never mention a huge seige of the town by demon warriors that had happened just before you came. Thats what happens when they add extra lore in afterwards I suppose.
I cant beleive theres no articles for 'Arcane Sanctuary' and 'Worldstone'
lol, the townfolk are like 'Yeah, we got attacked, but I mean, it was pathetic, not even worth talking about' haha. Even though they were pretty scared, they are just trying to sound tough.
And yea, Drognan's character has become a little confusing now.
Wait, it was actually slightly wrong. I looked through The Black Road a bit more and found some new quotes that actually place it between Diablo I and Diablo II.
Greiz is now done - except for his Gossip. I just need to play the game and write down all the gossip he has to say. I think it'll work if I just keep exiting and entering town. I did him second because he was at the top of the most wanted list lol. http://diablo.wikia.com/wiki/Greiz
Edit: And now The Sin War has been filled. I didn't write any of it, I got some from Solomir and some from http://www.diabloii.net/generalinf/overview.shtml - but I don't know how to cite things. The majority of 'The Plan' section is from that site, with the beginning from Solomir and the very end from him too (under 'End of the War?').
Here's the new Sin War page: http://diablo.wikia.com/wiki/The_Sin_War
Edit 2: Haha, and now I edited the Diablo III page to have a list of fansites on it. Except the only fansite I put there is Diablo3.com lol. haha, advertising! I don't know of any others anyway. http://diablo.wikia.com/wiki/Diablo_III
Edit:
Now I've done a few NPC pages. Just go to the main page and on the right change the list to 'Newly Changed' or something, and you can see all the new pages I added/changed.
Resurrecting-post-edit: [its worth it]
Edit:
I am now an admin and a bureaucrat for the Diablo Wiki, so I can make other people admins too! But first I need to figure out how... lol. I'm trying to make Kirkburn one (he's like the only other active person, but he has only done minor edits so far).
Blizzcon's here Ahem. On the topic... I see there's already a thread in here dedicated to the wiki Well, the wiki's much more active now than it ever was. Didn't anyone see the changes in Atrumentis' sig?? And look at that... Ova 3000 pages man. Now that's some great improvement considering the paltry 300 pages quoted in the first post of this thread. I had been desperately trying to get some help from here. Seeing this thread, I'm assured that atleast some guys seem to want some kind of wiki to edit. I wanted to ask before but didn't wanna come across as a spammer, pimpin the wiki :| Well, here I am now, humbly asking yous to help ready the wiki before D3.
So, what're ya waitin for??? Jump in and let the waves carry ya

LOLZ, LISTEN TO ATRUMENTIS!!! HELP THE CORPSE-PUPPET CONQUER THE WORLD!!!
I find the lore on your Wiki lacking, and since its mostly yourself who has edited it, I find you lacking.
This is by no means an insult, just some constructive criticism from a man who fixes dinner with a wood saw and a mallet, but the Wiki still has a long way to go, and also, for the articles that are there, the information needs to be more accurate.
For example, I already left a note on the Sanctuary article as to where you can find the correct spelling of the months.

To prevent possible eventual clutter, I have merged two threads which deal with various Diablo Wiki sites, and changed the title of the older thread to cover the inclusion of whatever future sites may be added to the thread.
I meant that I can be a bit crude, most of the times, the lore of Diablo is my passion, that, and cooking with heavy working instruments.
The ever growing community of the game is certainly in need of more people who care about its lore and that are willing to put in hard work in order to make sure that those who have questions will know where to turn to, to get not just answers for their questions, but the right answers as well.
You have started something great in potential, but lacking in reality, the articles need improving, expanding, in my opinion, they need to go further back into and second and first games, and deeper still into the the Sin War trilogy and the rest of the novels.
I know you can argue that it might be too early to judge, but much more information exists there that is crucial for a better understanding of the workings of Sanctuary, and that information has to be in the Wiki first.
Documenting the writings of Abd al-Hazir is very important, but its also very easy and common, the Wiki needs to demonstrate a much wider array of information before it becomes worth while.

It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.
Thanks

and fixed up the prime evils and also moved the lesser evils to their own page here:
