very simple and quick run but you get ridiculous amounts of gold from it. the video is short and to the point. hope to get some feedback or ways to improve the run! Cheers guys!

    Thanks for the tip, :)

I'll try this out right now. Tho got only 175% gf gear :(

Lots of negative comments there (on youtube) about the guide not working. Strange, because from what I saw, you did a pretty decent job with your previous videos/guides.

I'll try doing this when I can to check if it's legit.

    1hr 15seconds: 435k gold with 245% gf. Tho I did it with a mage and 13k dps. 1 run took about 20 to 25seconds.
    Highest gold per run: 10146

So yes. Pretty decent. Thanks for sharing

Anything not so boring with that amount of cash per hour? Don't tell me items farming is more of a journey after doing 100 times the same spot :)

Repetitive but seems good and legit, I will try that! Thanks!

This is similar to sarkoth run. Quick in and out. When bliz throw in the game creation limit, all of these runs will be useless, so i guess do it while you can.

After doing this for 1 hour you will get tired of it. Even if you do make the max 1/mil per hour (which is near impossible). that's $2.50 an hour(RMAH pricing). If it's fun for you go do this run, if it's not fun, it's not worth it. BTW if you do this for too long(5-10hour straight which you probably won't make to because it gets boring, but just in case you do), you can be flag as a bot, so be careful. Go kill elites and farm gear in inferno, at least that will keep you awake when you get a nasty affix elite.

Overall I think it's a good find and thanks for sharing w/ everyone.

I feel we really need to find a way to measure efficiency of gold farming spots better. It's hard to tell if this spot is better or worse than the Azmodan run in act 3.

Guess I'll try this one out.

Blizzard does not like you doing run like this. If you are creating games too fast, you are flag as a bot. Since they cannot detect bot or 3rd party program, they just base on the # of games you created.

But whatever, the game is stupid. I am done as soon as there is no more buyer from the RMAH.

I got banned for farming Warrior's rest over and over for like 7 hours a day over 3 days which is the cave next to this one. Doing so much logging in and out at the same spot after only a short period of time makes you look like an obvious bot. And with people getting banned left and right for botting I wouldnt touch this farming method with a 10 foot pole.

Its amusing how people make up stories of getting banned for farming the same spot over and over again, never happened to me, never will.

    EDIT:

Gave this 20 tries, avg gold per run is only 4-5k at 257% gold find.

You sound butthurt. And btw, they dont banned based on the #of games created, and they can detect bots or 3rd party programs, but they work by making them get a false sense of safety, and then mass-ban when they got the bot pattern down.

This might seem like a good way to farm since you have a guaranteed income and something to show for your time invested but over the long run farming elites is going to net you more gold because eventually you will hit the lottery on an item. (Atleast in my opinion)

Very nice! It worked for me and I got a good bit off gold after only a couple runs.

not all people can farm elites. especially at a good pace. so i suppose this is a great step to getting enough gold to upgrade so you can farm the elites? :P

Surely you just... run the Azmodan run three times, then run this the same amount of real time?
