I'm not wearing a tin foil hat and I DO NOT think it is a sign of release or anything, I am just legitimately wondering the significance of this image when a video is loading.
When I click to watch one of the skill videos, this appears while the video is loading. What is the significance of 15? Does anyone know what this means?
Do you recall which one of the skills you click on?
"The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), originally British Board of Film Censors, is a non-governmental organisation, funded by the film industry and responsible for the national classification and censorship of films within the United Kingdom. It has a statutory requirement to classify videos, DVDs and some video games under the Video Recordings Act 2010."
Here you go.
"Only those over 15 years are admitted. Nobody younger than 15 can rent or buy a 15-rated VHS, DVD, Blu-ray Disc, UMD or game, or watch a film in the cinema with this rating. Films under this category can contain adult themes, hard drugs, strong language and one use of very strong language, moderate-strong violence/sex references, and undetailed sex activity."
It's on all of them, for me at least. I assume it's just a temporary piece of art, maybe the D3 icon/logo is supposed to show but not called upon or placed in there.
They figured that using the number 666 for Diablo was too sinister, so they switched it to 15. In Diablo 3 the number 15 is the number of the dark, evil lord. You are the only one who sees that number, this means Diablo has slowly begin to corrupt your mind. You may run now. It won't do you any good, but you may run.
lol. Interesting hypothesis. I like it.

They have the same symbol.

With a nugatory research comes the answer.
Thus, you linked us the EU battle net, and I think this here would make sense.
Though, I know some of you peeps out there like to make theories about these things. So I would still like to hear your "tinfoil" hat ideas.
Also... The picture you displayed on the first post is also their stickers for appropriate videos.
These, are some example of the stamps.

You're right. I just noticed its only on the EU servers and it shows up at the begining of videos much like the Mature +17 warning for the US.
Sorry for the odd question, I just never seen that before.

They're probably required by law to put the local rating in each video.
Moral: Next time, try twice upon a time.
