So, what's the highest AoE DPS build in the game? Or even class for that matter? I will go ahead and say Wizard.
in D3 it wont be as easy as "who has the best AOE dmg and thats who ill be to farm". with inferno being insanely difficult and mobs not going down in a few hits you'll have to have A LOT more strategy then just damage

This will hold true until truly godly characters emerge with sick gear and optimized builds. I'm sure that after a few weeks there will be characters powerful enough to solo inferno, melting mobs with extremely high DPS and a powerful follower.

they have already said inferno is soloable.. and they just said you may need to farm hell for a little bit to get some decent gear before you can go through. but ya after people farm inferno gear for a couple weeks and have uber gear and builds they will be able to go through inferno easier, but i dont think they will allow characters to get so powerful that inferno will ever be "easy" to anyone considering its supposed to be "insanely hard".

But comments for guests are now working! So if your using it as a sig, you should link to the Diablobuilds.net version so people can comment on it!
Also I added a "test" ad to the side of the view page. as I said many times, I dont want ads, but I need to get them approved in case I do need to use them (went over 400 gigs of bandwidth the last 20 days of January =O )
Sorry to be bothering you Molster...seems golden and indaco are inverted ...should be http://eu.battle.net...XPSj!Scg!Ybcbcc (golden, indaco, obsidian, indaco, obsidian, obsidian)....or I did something wrong?
edit: my fault, seems eu skill calc works in a different way.
Here is the correct one.
no kidding, in the post above I used eu (italian to be accurate) skill calc and noticed golden/indigo swapped place.
Maybe our skill calc is not updated or blizz messed up the letters/runes association.
Updated browse page (sort not working yet)
and added search page
so awesome. just checked it out. lookin good, cant wait for the ability to log in and control my builds xD
also i was thinking its too vague with being able to manually type in whatever you want for tags. there are only so many types of builds so instead of typing in tags, you could choose them. like "melee, ranged, fire, ice, poison, crit, high survivability, high damage ect." and the people choose which applies to their build, then for the search instead of typing stuff in you can just choose from an array of the tags to what type of build you want to see or browse, you chose "poison" and "melee" and find a melee witch doctor with poison abilities. chose ranged and high survivabiliy and find a bunch of DH, WD, wiz builds with high survivability... ect.
what do you think?

I dont want to limit what people can type as a tag, so instead when I finish my advanced search option, you will have a list of all tags people have made to search with! (so its exactly like you said, but with the users coming up with the tags)
You will also be able to search for builds with Skills that have rune X or builds that do not use skill Y ..ect..ect lots of goodies coming with that, but that will take some time.
But yeah def something like that for the advanced search.
I also need to get my text editor working so poeple can post long detailed posts about the build, then user systems should be ready
ah ok . well im glad your putting so much effort into the complexity of this. sooo sweet.
ill obviously be a huge user with dozens of builds per class and it would be nice to have a link to youtube option or video area or something because i will be posting videos of demonstrations of each of my builds to show how good they are. because if people come to look at builds that are great they want to SEE how its good, because words are just words.

If I may make one small suggestion -- perhaps you could add a link leading from diablosigs.com to diablobuilds.net? Some visitors may only come upon DiabloSigs through the search engine or other means, and won't know about its sister site, DiabloBuilds.
That's how I came upon DiabloSigs myself, actually.

I can't wait until the site is completely done.

gonna post a strongly worded letter to the diablo3 website team!! (=P)
Ill program something that checks region, and will alter rune coding
