Can someone explain the change to the konckback system ?
Knockbacks now apply a flat 40% increase to crowd control resistances
Monsters cannot be knocked back if they are over 65% crowd control resistant
Powers that apply knockbacks continuously, such as Black Hole, can bypass this resistance if they already knocked a monster back successfully. These powers increase the crowd control resistance by 20% per knockback instead of 40%
I've logged on to the PTR but with my support barb ( Harpoon and stuff ) i did not feel any changes to the grouping mechanics, normal pulling, normal grouping easy as hell
It is bugged ? or the change doesnt affect too much the grouping ?
I noticed that my knockbacks work worse on ptr. The first one works fine, and then mobs quickly recover and then it looks like i can hardly knockback them anymore. So it looks like it works.
I agree with shapookya, thats also my percepion about the knockback system, pull mobs 1-2 times and them they become immune.
however, when testing i used my support barb with harpoon, and them proceed to fields of misery selected a group of mobs and started harpooning them
first time ok, pulled them, second time also ok... third time... ok onemore time.
so what i am saiyng is that i pulled the same group of mobs all across the fields of misery from left to right ( about 30 harpoons cast ), and with zero resistance, so i think it is bugged.

Test it in rifts not the open world.
It ticks down 10% per second iirc. That means you can harpoon once every 4s and never encounter immunity.

Vox, i think is exactly that, and is a little dumb IMO because that changes almost nothing in the game
