At this point I'm not even sure. Probably at least 3-4 hours a day on this site alone just because I get to do it all day long while I'm at work. Diablo is, and always has been my favorite Blizzard franchise, and I just cannot wait for D3 to get rolling.
Haha, probably like 24 Hours already! Think about how much time we've all spent already, then imagine how much time you'll be spending on the actual game if were all this hooked already!

Has anyone noticed the blue gem that turns purple on the D3 website...or the glitching candlelight on the far right of the website. I have spent way to much time waiting for new information to be released on the D3 site...

Yeh every chance i can jump on a computer i check out the website looking for any updates. All those guys saying that they'd wait as long as it takes to get the game perfect are nuts, i'm gonna struggle waiting a year for it to come out!
Depends on how you look at it. Once I finally heard about the existence of Diablo III, I came looking for a forum to post to so that I could meet people and share ideas, thoughts and rants. The posts are usually speculation about D3, or revisiting the previous games in some nostalgic flashback.
However, I haven't spent any more time now concerning myself with the game itself (such as updates, news, release info) than I ever did, which was approximately once every two months, on average. I'm trying to get to know people and become involved in the community -- right now, for me, the game is secondary because I know I can't play it anyway, so I don't bother putting too much thought into it.
I've been digging Diablo 3 for the first week for about 10h/day
Now I lost about 4h/day..
In 1 month probably I would just amaze for its launch
In 3 months, probably I will hardly remember from all the news i'm reading now and begin again to look after it as Blizzard shows something in about October/08.
At least I'll have time to make some cash and buy a better computer and a 30" LCD display.
Nice! So im not alone in my constant google searches to find any new info i can on D3. My obsessive replays of the gameplay vid. My masterbation with a noose around my neck and a diablo action-figure on my desk infront of me. My re-reading of the game lore.
And its still a year or more away... why did they do this to us.
I will continue to do so though!

I have spent at least 24 hours on this site, watching the news and reading every post i could find.
And i googled "Diablo 3" about 100 times, butwith no results showing up until recently so that part is about 2 hours.
Lasltly, I googled "Diablo 3" 10 times on Google News with pleasant rsults tha I watched, so that is anoth 2 hours.
All for a combined total of 29 hours.
