Of course I wouldn't be upset to see them on a fansite such as this but now I am seeing people being jerks and posting stuff on places like youtube comments. It's frustrating that more and more I have to sequester myself away from the internet until after I play through the game for the first time may 15th.
Anyone that knows all the leaked info through data-mining mind confirming or denying the validity of their claims so I can sort out the crap from the spoiled truth? Probably thru a PM so that way we don't accidentally ruin stuff for ppl. Thanks!
Honestly I've seen the datamined stuff and there's very little hard spoilers. There's a couple hints a couple things COULD happen, but they can hardly be considered evidence. After seeing the spoilers, half I straight up don't believe are accurate and the other half aren't that big a deal. The journey of the story is most important anyways.
Yes, you're going to have to stay off the internet till release. Chances are, no matter what ... you're going to run into spoilers. For example, It's like all your frineds watch a movie and your the only one that hasn't and you always have to have your hands over your ears not to hear any spoilers. But in D3's case, it's like the whole town is talking about it lol.

Let's just hope the stuff you saw was just nonsense. There's a couple of things I've heard about Game Of Thrones/Clash of Kings that I think I've heard. Whether they are true or not, I don't think it will spoil the show or the books for me too much.
Anyways, the only people you can blame for this are the people at Blizzard really. Leaving stuff that can be data-mined inside of the beta client is just plain lazy. Any other information or art leaked is also Blizzard's bad. Send them an nasty e-mail and notify your congressmen. Be sure to pout about it right after to get it our of your system.
I don't remember any other Blizzard title being this riddled with spoilers. People that either heard or guessed SC2 WoL's ending weren't able to blame Blizzard much. Besides the stupid picture of Kerrigan laying down that was out before release, a lot of people with a clear head could have just guessed the god-damned ending, just because the ending itself was like a poorly-written fan fiction. :/

Some people tell me I'm going to hell. I just let them know that I've already packed my bags!

That's what I was wondering. I feel people see some fairly light info and fill the gaps with assumptions and act like it's fact.
Sent you a PM about it Molster. Not to be cryptic but I didn't even speculative spoilers ruin the fun for folks who happen to stumble into the thread
You made me curious. It's been a long time since someone made me curious about something
I sincerely hope a lot of the datamined stuff is wrong (got to see some of it), and it was just Blizzard toying with us with an older version of the story (like 2010 old).
If people want to post spoilers and they do it in a way that doesnt wreck it for everyone im ok with is but to quote the OP "people being jerks and posting stuff on places like youtube comments" thats just a low blow. A mate of mine has told me he will be going offline the week before release because he is worried the trolls will go mental trying to spoil the game for people and he doesnt want that. Ill just be hanging around this forum and avoiding youtube, accept for the minecraft channels.

Not very spoiler as such but one of the biggest things I wish I never saw was the Tiers of armour, I kind of like finding that stuff out as I play, except now I know what everything will look like through the entire game

What were the claims?
