it's not an 80% transaction fee. It's a $1.00 transaction fee for any items sold on the RMAH. As the above poster said, this was known for a long time, even before the game released.
It says right under the pricing input that there be a $1.00 fee and 15% transfer fee if you send it straight to paypal.
I assume this is just to add another video to your channel or something cause anyone who doesn't know this shouldn't use the RMAH. It's literally right there.
