Friend and I did some Keywardens and found that not only can you no longer split farm them (they do not drop if you are in a different act, possibly even zone but we didn't test that far), but the drop is no longer shared as well (as in you can find one and your friends may not). I know it's not exactly drop rate related but useful to know. Or maybe it's already common knowledge? I didn't play S3 so I could be behind. I know that in S2, you could both split farm and the drop was shared. :\
Also, I personally never saw a 2x machine drop, farming wardens on T8 (which aligns with your chart, just saying). Farmed about 6-8 of each one. Did not confirm with my friend if he ever saw 2.
We did Ubers on T10, and got 2-3 organs every time, again as expected.
There is a pretty obvious reason for why it isn't shared. They don't want solo people to be crushed by sharing of a MACHINE dropping. The reason why they made people be able to share key drops was because of party play. It was weird to farm for a few hours with a few friends to have a large disparity/some disparity in how many machines people can produce. Now, with the machines dropping entirely, that doesn't matter at all anymore. Now it is just who has what machine, basically.
It is also stated in the patch notes that you can no longer receive a machine if you are not in the area of the kill.
As far as the Organ Drops being 2x 100%, that may need some updating.
Did four Uber runs back to back and out of the four (2) of the runs only provided me with 1 Organ on some of the Uber fights. I know it's much data but hope it helps!
Greater Rift Keystone drop rate is 55% in Torment 1. One of the Champion objectives, The Longest Road, mentions that the drop rate scales from 55% to 100% between the Torment 1 and Torment 6 difficulties.

And thank you for the table btw!
Yeah see above - gotta change that. Thanks a lot for the input! I'll add it at 50% now because at T7 there's already a significant chance for triple drop... I guess you just were unlucky ;-) I guess you're talking T6 right?

Wow, nice catch! Thanks! So the data is pretty much accurate for now in that category, +/- 5% for GR key drops!
proposal:
for example.2x50%,
you can write 150% change to get things.
know that 1 means 100% to get first one , 50% get second one.
same like 105%, 115%, 120% ,133%
it is easier to program and understand.
150%,divisible by 1 to get 1,then random 0.5
Yeah, I might do that. The reason why I didn't do that is because in the beginning it seemed there were three different options (like a specific chance for 1, 2, or 3 drops for the ubers). Not even sure if that's the case anymore for any of them, but even if it is I can just add a note. I'll wait what the data says once we collect more (see the other thread) and then adjust it. Thanks for the suggestion.
Is it possible to update the graphic with the general legendary drop rate percentages per difficulty level, as indicated here?
Additionally, the Greater Rift Key drop rate section of the wiki does not match this graphic (T6 shows 100% in graphic but 80% on Wiki).
Thank you very much for putting all of this together!
I don't know, to be honest. I took a lot of information from those sources and it turned out to be complete bogus (for example, the rift key drop rate in that Wiki is plain wrong - the correct figures can even be seen in-game, as others have reported in this thread). But I might add it at some point, it looks like it could be at least not completely off as some other data I had added earlier. Thanks.
Edit: Ah, whatever. Got some new data so an update was due anyways, so also added this, why not.
I've done about 15 uber-runs on T10 (or TX) and every time we get 2x2 + 2x3 organs (2 organs from ubers 1 & 2 and 3 organs from ubers 3 & 4). So I'd say the chances are 250% for TX

@Bagstone I did see a graph show the drop rates of Grift keystones, somewhere. I'll try to look in my history and see if I can give it to you.
Farming organs in T6, it isn't 2x100%, did like 30 times, about twice got only 1 organ instead 2.

If these numbers are legit, it seems like XP is the only reason to go as high as Torment 10, otherwise the best for farming is just at T7
That would be awesome if you could find that
Thanks - will change that, looking into other posts and data right now.

Ya, I was talking T6, and sorry about that didn't see the above :P, but thanks for taking a look at my post as well
Okay here's the most recent updated version:
http://d3resource.com/difficulties.png (this URL will be always updated now)
Since uber droprates below T6 are completely pulled out of thin air I've removed them until I get more data on that.
To get more consolidated data, I've created the following form, will also make a new thread: http://goo.gl/forms/huXPONZ5kF
proposal:

Okay, changed to the new format, I kind of think it looks much better - we'll see if people complain or like it:

The other format is still available though - http://d3resource.com/difficulties-v2.png

Yeah but it looked like a couple of options to the meaning from what DefHelDia said.
For example the T10 Horadric Cache Legendaries says 2x 50%
That to me either means:
Elaborate plz
it's guaranteed one legendawry and a second has a 50% chance.
Organs appear to have x2 100% on T6 from my limited testing. 3 players and 1 set of machines.
