For sure here. Wish we could just hold shift high light all the ones we want to identify and do them all at once. So many other games have this function. It does take away from being in the action. You will be doing it as fast as you can then someone puts in local E and need to get back to party. Maybe you could have the jewler or BS id inventory. Almost anything is better than what we got atm.

Well, identifying would still be a complete waste of time, sure. But the game would be much more enjoyable when I don't have to play a junk filtering simulator and can actually focus on monster slaying. Plus we'll have less total items to identify so even if they insist on keeping that stupid time wasting cast bar in it won't be as big of an issue.
More time slaying demons and less time in town and/or on AH is a good thing, and anything that helps promote that (preferably without just turning the game into even more of a faceroll) would be appreciated.

Maybe they should fix all the stats. And have items drop off a fixed loot table on certain bosses.
And I was never really sold on the name "Diablo", I think "World of Warcraft" would be a much better name for it.
so having INT on mighty belts and STR on wizard hats is good? what i meant by fixed was removing all the useless stuff.
it seems to me u like identifying 1000 rares to find one good one?
someone posted stream give away where he did this. out of the 1000 only a few were not vendor trash. not to mention it took hours to do, because of transferring and identifying.
This topic is really going all over the place, but please don't cry about color confusion. Remove all current grey's from the game, turn whites into greys, turn blues into white, turn yellow's into blue's, turn shitty uniques into yellows, and keep the remaining set/uniques the same. Problem solved, now you won't have to ID as much. Oh BTW 1.0.5. fixes some of this waste of time issue, move on.
I still find it funny how people cry about the color of items... where are posts complaining about changing mana to green and calling it mojo... oh I know they were abandoned due to stupidity, maybe some ideas should follow suit.

and it would actually feel good ID'n stuff, because the chances of it being good would be much higher. . problem is 1/1000 rares are decent
combined with the fact that you get about 10 rares/minute when you're at the endgame.
