And it allows you to just pick a certain monster, The Countess for example, and it would tell you what her drop information is. You could even narrow it down to say, runes, and it would give you just her drop chance and if she drops, the percentage it would be a rune, then percentages for kinds of runes.

The information on the drops can be found in the text files that are in the patch mpq. Too bad I do not have Internet at home.
The next time I bring my laptop to the cafe I will download the 1.13 patch and take a look at files. I am no programmer so I may have to look for some info on making the tool.
If I make a tool it will likely be available for download as well.

On Strike and supporting Fallout 4 Mod Makers
Some fallout 4 mod makers have had their mods stolen and uploaded and downloaded on Bethesda's site for the Xbox One.

Well, our goal would be to integrate it into DFans, similar to the D2 Skill Calc and another tool we have coming up within the very near future.
I would strongly recommend contacting some of the guys at inDiablo that created the calc there - they surely will give some tips on formulas and shit, or so i hope... : \
Formulas and such can easily be determined through the game data and well... Google!
Formulas and data won't be a problem anyway. That's alot of data to add though, would need a script to integrate every monster's drop table, doing it manually would be suicide.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
Some stuff we've been throwing around... Breakpoint Calculator and the Drop Calculator... Possibly a Runeword Emulator kinda thing, where you can see what items can be made into what runewords, etc.

not with their track record on d3 news.
and its a bit taboo to use other sites for content/help because it is potenially offensive to some of the hardcore/staff members.

But otherwise, good idea!
I will look into it. Again my programing skills are very limited.
