Diablo At BlizzCon 2018
Blizzard has released a Blog detailing some of the Diablo news (or lack thereof) at BlizzCon 2018. The following section seems to indicate that Diablo 4 is indeed being worked on, but they aren't ready to announce it just yet:
"We know what many of you are hoping for and we can only say that 'good things come to those who wait,' but evil things often take longer. We appreciate your patience as our teams work tirelessly to create nightmarish experiences worthy of the Lord of Terror."
What are your thoughts on this news, and what Diablo news do you think will be announced at this years BlizzCon? Let us know in the Comments!

While we won’t be ready to announce all of our projects, we do intend to share some Diablo-related news with you at the show.
November 2 will be an especially diabolical date—not only is it the first day of BlizzCon, it’s also when Diablo III arrives on the Nintendo Switch. If you’re planning to pick up the game (the digital download will be available starting at midnight on launch day) and are joining us in Anaheim, be sure to bring your console. We’d love to slay some demons with you on the show floor.
Again, we want to thank you for your patience and support. We are eternally grateful to you and the millions of other Diablo fans around the world whose passion for this franchise inspires us and keeps our fires burning.
We’ll see you in hell . . . and at BlizzCon!
These braindead that talk about D4 are beyond ridiculous.... there will be lot of stuff for D3 , D4 dont exist u Rhykker monkeys ^^.
Why do some people get so excited about remasters?
There is no one except die hard Diablo 2 fanboys that already play D2 all the time that are excited about a remaster.
There is not one remaster that has been released that is not just barely graphically better than the original.
Everyone that plays/played D3 got bored with the "retro" event after running it once.
Last year they said they had no new announcements, this year they are saying they're not gonna announce everything they're working on. Those two statements seem pretty different imo.
They'll announce something other than switch, but who knows what it will be at this point. I'm just hoping that D3 will at least be "completed."

phew. and here i thought that they would d4 or d3:xp2 us.
okay, since that lowers all expectations..
- one systems or graphics or client update for D1 or D2
-or-
- one new "DLC" character pack with some sort of amazon/druid hybrid
-and-
- diablo switch
- diablo netflix
- diablo upcoming seasons with already thrice seen community buffs as theme
- something with books, arts, whatever
man, i used to love and defend this game. but since maintenance mode i couldn't even do what blizzard wanted for diablo 3: jump in, have fun for a few weeks and check back a few months later. because nothing changes. nothing of interest is added. the game stays the same.
Obvious news but still that two teams working with two different projects makes your mind think about something big but what could it be first team working on remaster Diablo and second on D3 DLC new class that will bring new skills new weapons thats highly possible... but what is less possible about D3 new game mode (i hope) more set items legendaries in every new season and reworked paragon system
I love you too Elu
Same here...
This could just be a red herring, as he does say "We will not be announcing ALL of our projects" They could be announcing one.
We will get D2 Remastered , D3 DLC ( new class ) and maybe some hints of a New Diablo Game.
I think is O.K ! Not great, but not THAT bad ( like last year )
