Comprised of controlled, calculating individuals, the Priests of Rathma have long known the true stakes at the heart of the Eternal Conflict. Known to uneducated outsiders as Necromancers, these masters of blood, bone, and the dark arts are often misunderstood. Driven to protect the Balance at all costs, those dedicated to walking this path see neither good nor evil in their actions; simply obedience to the cycle of being.

next year we get a combo: paladin and act 3 up to mephisto's lair - 40$. limited supplies! get it now! but hey, do what you want. buy this overpriced class and think you bought content. have fun in the rifting after you heavily invested three hours of your life to reach max level and the free set. it will be TOTALLY acceptable to drop 15$ to play another round of rifts! with new skills! let those lazy devs get away with fucking everything.
I'm definitely in for $15. And I'm very grateful for the ignore user option.
One character, 2x stash tabs, 2x character slots, bunch of cosmetics = 15$
There, fixed it for you.
PoE gives stuff out for free, because it has a MASSIVE income in terms of microtransactions and the various supporter packs. It seems many people totally forget this, because the game is free.
It's a hefty income, each time a new pack comes online, people flock to them and buy it (sure; there are lots that don't, but there's and insane amount that do - you can be sure of that). There are players that have bought each and every pack that's come out - paying much more than you would normally, for a game or even a game+expansion.
Diablo doesn't have this. Hence the pricing.
In fact.. Stop comparing the way PoE and Diablo does their Pricing. It's a totally different business.
Even with all the sales D3 had, I'm kinda inclined to say, that PoE end up making close to the same amount of money, if not even more.. But that's just guessing..
$15 for a character pack, is not a rip-off.
...if you feel that way; then you're expecting too much.
I'll buy it for sure
Some people will always be dissatisfied. Even to the point where they compare apples to oranges. 'Lets take a free-to-play microtransaction-run game and compare its monetary decisions to a game that has a completely different business model and complain how unfair it is.'
Also if I'm not mistaken, aren't the new zones also free in D3? It's just the necro (char slots and tabs) that isn't?
Buying this! 15E is about what I thought it would be
It not a lot of money considering how many hours I'll lose playing it!
Besides a night out with the lads is over 100E in London so I'll skip one of those, save my liver a little and play some Necro and be 85E up!
haters gone hate, move on, go play PoE or whatever
I'm fine with 15 bucks
enjoy and flame on
Incidentally, when diablo releases patch 2.6, poe will be moving from 2.6 to 3.0, I'll be playing my necromancer in the service of Kitana
I'll get it for the $14.99 not a bad price compared to DLC from other games I paid for!
one character, two stash tabs which are so so worthless and the rest is for sure worthless=$15 garbage value.
there, fixed it for you.
enjoy your four builds and only maybe then two are end game viable to run endless, timed bullshit greater rifts only to...level up gems zzzzzzzz
Ughhh. RIP DIABLO
The price on launch is never the same as after 5 years...
You're complaining about the game itself and i can understand that you don't like some things about it, but that has nothing to do with the necromancer product itself, if the game was in a different state (itemization and more endgame etc) the necromancer as a product would still be the same, a new class in a game. now whether you like said game or not is a completely different topic, but if not why bother posting in a forum about a game you don't like anyway right?
I want to add something for the post I wrote before.
Ok, I done being excited. Blizzard makes decent games, but I think they lost something and only thing that they want now is MONEY! (hello aCTIVISION). Money are important to grow and expand, but not in the cost of your souls:P. As for the People who thinks that Blizz is wonderful and everything they are doing is great... good for you. You are healtier than me probably
PS: Oh, I almost forgot, look at CD Projekt and learn
I honestly don't care about the $15. It's not much.
If you're a gamer then you probably don't mind dropping $15 on a game, or even DLC content.
The real problem here is Two-Fold, in order of importance:
