Hi everyone. This is Medievaldragon a bit earlier than expected (You will know what I mean quiet soon). For those who do not know me, I have interviewed various Blizzard novel writers, and sound/music/voice actors. I am also owner and webmaster of Blizzplanet(sister site of Diablo3.com and StarcraftTwo Network). Blizzplanet has been hosted courtesy of Diablo3.com for the past two years.
I will be going to the Blizzard Worldwide Invitationals updating Diablo3.com , StarcraftTwo.com and Blizzplanet with info, images and video of what transpires there. I am probably meeting Richard A. Knaak and other writers at 2008 New York Comic Con where he will unveil details of upcoming novels.
As you, I hope to play one day Diablo III, and keep you updated of anything regarding this awesome game. Look forward to working with fans of this community.
So then your making a new group "Web Staff"? In that case shouldn't this be deleted and a new thread be made with correct information?
I still don't see why it's in the News though... Guess he is special or something...
And why are you following my posts? Do you have something against me?
What a stupid comment.
MD is "in the know", so to speak, and has a lot more to give to us than any of the other "hall monitors" around here. So yes, him being staff on this site is news, and good news at that.
Hey Medieval, will we ever get the chance again to pose our questions in a thread and have them asked to Richard Knaak himself? That was way cool when that happened.
Ok, guys I was being silly and kidding with LinkX. Let's drop it. Sorry about that LinkX. /facepalm is a lingo used on the World of Warcraft official forums a lot. Mostly used as a ASCII code on the forums. http://www.encyclopediadramatica.com/Facepalm
/facepalm is the act of bending down slightly putting your hand on your forehead. Kinda like a physical gesture meaning "sighs".
Anyway, let me answer a few questions.

Sure thing. Right now I am expecting reply from Tokyopop to see if they can provide me a press badge to enter freely into New York Comic Con for coverage of their books and to interview Knaak, Rosenberg and DeCandido.
I had not planned to go to NYComic Con. It stroke me kinda yesterday and emailed them in the morning. Then around 6pm Knaak emailed me to inform me of his NYComic Con schedule. He's now pushing the topic tomorrow to take care. Hope it happens.
I have not yet thought whether to collect questions now, or if inform fans of whatever happens there so that once I bring info people may ask questions based on the new info.
If people wants to ask before I go, well sure. I guess I can ask him a few questions from the community. Just keep in mind he has a busy schedule to follow all three days. I will open a new thread for this matter at the Diablo3 forum.

Hurray! Since you have a really nice position now, maybe we can stab you with things until you bleed out all of your "secret" information! Jk, we know you tell us things. This is exciting
I am unbreakable, sorry. May know a thing or two I can't openly talk about. Haven't talk any of them, and never will again. =(

Welcome, Medievaldragon. You are very welcome here. We will all be as helpful as you need us to be.
Very appreciated. I will be coordinating soon with everyone who might be going to WWI. I will need as much help from the community as possible. Many brains are better than one as they say. Right now my flight and hotel reservations are taken care of by Blizzard. Some of the donations I am getting will go to paying the extra cost of internet access at the hotel room.

Ahh, ok. No problem.
(Kinda off topic, kinda on topic) Question though, do you need a current WoW account to get on WoW forums? Reason is, I have an account, just not currently paid for this month. o.O *Goes to read the Facepalm website...*
By 'hall monitor', (lol, I laugh now that I used that term), I mean that mods monitor post and member behavior. But MD, he can give us some Blizz/D3 info. So IMO that makes him special. =P

Ok. That wasn't what I though, so you're good for now
Patience is a virtue. A boiling one, but oh well.
Blizzard seems to be busy. Rumor goes Wrath of the Lich King Alpha kicked in.
If that is true, I can understand the delay replying back.
You know, i think it's funny how the last generation is saying how disrespectful generation I is, yet it wouldn't seem that way - people have been acting like Medievildragon is just some scum on the internet, when he as an internationally famous icon. I guess it just kind of disgusts me the way people would talk to him, while they used to give Carloseus (as an example) more respect.
Anyways, im glad you joined the community, Medievildragon. Also you're surprisingly active, maybe our future is brighter?
I see the light!

No offense to the other mods.
And to answer your question: yes, he is special.
Merry Zoidmas!
I mean like, he was practically considered a mod before anyway.
But still, welcome!
I like it when important people join in.

Oh. And what might that be?
None taken. Except I don't know what you mean by "hall monitor".
If it means what I suspect it means though, then offence is taken
Guess I can't?
cant wait to see what u can offer us as a community
