The voice of Male crusader is Gideon Emery, of that I'm certain 100%. And yes he also voices Lor'themar Theron, Fenris in DA2, some characters in Skyrim, and actually some npcs in D3 already. I know for certain that Dave Mallow is not Lor'themar Theron in MoP.
He's done a lot of voice work, pretty sure he did voices in Company of Heroes for the british faction, voiced the sentinel in Dawn of War 2, and I think even in d3 I know he voiced something but I can't remember. Maybe the 'save my farm' event in act 1 with all the plague bats. I remember him saying 'you have my gratitude' for an NPC in game somewhere.
