I think for 5 million you can upgrade everything you have :-P. Medium tier items have become pretty cheap the last months. It will be harder to keep wrath of the berserker on at all times, since they nerfed tornado proc chance and decreased whirlwind fury costs (so it will be more difficult to spend fury and to gain fury). And read up about the infernal machine event, which is fun to do with friends (hunting for keywardens and taking on the ubers).

So I stop playing right after the paragon leveling system was introduced. I killed Inferno diablo, hit PLVL 4, and basically stopped logging in. I'm back to playing again and I'm wondering what changes have been in made in the down time if any at all? I play WW spec. I enjoy the play style however its fairly roll face. I have about 5mil gold and was curious about what could be done. Can't post profile link.
