Just want to throw out an alternative LOH TR build that doesn't include a SOJ or MoC or OWE. I can one shot small mobs, go squigly mouse to kill bigger guys, and use 7sided to instagib elites. I can usually run 3/4 thru a large map (keepers2) looting once or twice. Good to stop anyways to refresh Foresight buff. This build is gear dependant and NOT CHEAP, but some of the more veterans players might have most of this gear lying around. Basically to regen spirit I run passives Guardian Path, Chant of Resonance, Exalted Soul, and Mantra of Healing Circular Breathing. Only spirit regen coming from my gear is the Inna's radiance +2.10.
My health looks stupid low @ 27k and I don't have OWE only 150 AR, but believe me its OK! I'm getting 2k LOH, and 1k regen per second (incl MOH) which is the key to survivability. Life Regen is an underestimated stat that goes really nice with TR! This is what makes the build feel comfy even with low HP. I also have pickup radius 13 which helps quite a bit with health globes.
GEAR - Ok some of the items are EXPENSIVE, but many of them are used for MP7-8 farming as well. I don't like having to waste money on TR specific gears like Xepherian Amulet. My philosophy was finding highest DPS Skorn, and armor with max Dex. Skorn was around 25M on bid. Amulet was pretty expensive 80M, but actually isn't perfect for TR because of IAS- you could probably find a much cheaper one that has some combo of crit/cD/LOH. Nat's set is nice if you're not gonna use SOJ, I got the ring/boots for 25M. As an alternative to Nat's I sometimes run Zuni's Trail + SOJ which gives INFINITE spirit even when looting but a does a little less DPS.
