Hey all, so I've been inactive since the launch of RoS, and used to run Zlexpro's Avalanche Barb, with some modifications.
I see Leap/EQ is the standard build nowadays so I know what to aim for, problem is though I don't have any of the gear needed to run it so my question is basically what to run until then. Using my current build I can easily do T1, but T2 is harder, I never die in T1 but in T2 it takes a long time to kill elites and bosses and I die much more easily. I checked the builds section of the forum, but it's still the same builds as back at launch.

Hey, so I played Diablo III for a few weeks after release, but quit along with my friends because of boredom, no particular reason for it though, we just moved on.
So now I'm back again, and have no idea what everyone is talking about. I never understood what the purpose was with D3, people keep talking about 100 million budgets, how is one supposed to gather that much gold? Do you just play through the campaign on normal mode and then move on to higher difficulties? Don't you lose your character if you die on higher difficulties?
I played a Barbarian, never got far with him though, so basically I'm wondering if anyone could re-cap what's changed with the game and give me a sense of direction, or perhaps point me towards some comprehensive guide on what to do in D3, how to do it, what gear to strive for, what stats are best and all of that stuff.

So I have 6 Normal Heroes, 6 HC Heroes (one of each class)
In Season 1, I plan on making 1 HC and 1 Normal Hero, or 2 of each.
Problem is that, come Season 2, I'll be capped out on character slots, so how do we plan ahead for coming seasons? Will we have to skip future ones?
