To the Op , instead of dropping bank balances I think you should share some tips instead with the community. How does seeing your balance help new players ?
Hi , Im collecting pieces as well just as a funbuild to mess around with.
High mp throw barbs might be the most expensive build to make for barbs so far Ive tested the throw build in mp3 comfortably but I think hota or rend/cleave and ww will net better results in higher mp.
In terms of gear - a good three 300th spear with soc and higher weapon throw and spear bonus (50 % is max) is a nice off hand for the throw build.
You'l need to reduce the cost of throw by using items like a Stone of Jordan , Maras Kaleidoscope , Immortals Kings Belt , Witching hour - the max reduction needed is 9 .
With decent cc and into the fray you should have plenty of fury to spend on throws.
Looking at your character I would suggest improving vitality as well possibly even a high dps main hand 1100 ish is nice.
Echoing Fury is a good weapon with fast attacks and a socket is recommended as well.
I agree with Mr Grim ww might yield faster times during xp runs but hammer shines during uber play and higher mps imho.
Andariels Visage , IM chest , Blackthornes chest , 24 % movement speed gear - Lacuni's ,Inna's temperance and or boots with 12 %.
Rare jewelry with a combo of as, cc, chd, av dmg.
Echoing Fury helps boost overall as as well and might be worth looking into for the mainhand while getting a stat stick with good strength and chd is what i use for off hand provided you have decent attack speed.

my gear is as budget as i could make it with mostly actual drops as i dont like using the ah much.

Welcome back , barb builds these days are fast and furious to maximize paragon and farm effectively . - Whirlwind , Hammer of the ancients , Throw builds and Rend builds are the most popular at the moment. All have 1 thing in common - Speed both from equipment and the Sprint skill.
Look to upgrade movement speed , crit chance , crit hit damage.
Life steal works well once you start building up your dps - Barbs can use life steal from the passive , belts and weapons.
Hellfire ring can provide useful stats depending on the proc - also 35% bonus xp which is nice for paragon farming.
Some extra vitality and around 400-500 all res should be more than enough for mp0 -mp1 .
You are basically looking to increase damage and kill faster as "sword and board" isnt really needed for low level paragon farming.
Great finds indeed , its very satisfying after hours of farming / paragon grinding to be rewarded. I picked up a Mempho with crit along with some crappy legendary rolls on the way to the Act 3 Keywarden last night.... needless to say I was stunned for the rest of the evening.
