Just a short briefing. Prior to this video, one of my friends has been complaining about all the dust satchel drops he gets. He then has to go take a 1 week trip before the 1.0.5 patch releases. Soo... I've collected 28+ dust satchels (with the help of friends) and waited for the day to come. .. to him d3 hasn't changed much since the patch...
To note, this is my 2nd video I've ever recorded and edited... sorry about the quality, i forgot to adjust the settings prior >.> ..... again.. it's a game... just have fun!
My guess is from account compromises. Accounts get hacked, and the hackers sell the gems cheaply and quickly to get as much as they can out of it before the account gets locked. Then Blizzard rolls back the account to before the hack and in a round-about way, we have blizzard duping gems for us. Cycle repeats, and the market is flooded.

The drops have been very noticeably different. Although the cost of legs/sets have dropped in AH, I feel like the gold value range from bad to uber has increased.
Sometimes your just playing the game and your mind is just set in finishing. But it's pretty amazing how some parts of the map are really in depth and I think you captured that in your 3rd screenshot.
why would u even concider soloing ubers? that is the most unefficient way of using your machines...team up with 3 others and use 1 machine per guy = 3 more runs with the same amount of machines as 1 solorun.

haha well... i did cut the video shorter.., smokey returned and helped dropped more satchels in a4 (for his plan) lol
