I'm going to be dipping my foot into Hardcore finally and found myself wondering, when my hardcore character inevitably dies, will the paragon progression still transfer to my nonseasonal hardcore paragon level or does the character have to be alive at the end of the season?
That's what he is saying. It wouldn't be right to all the people that bought it in the past to just give something out because you didn't have money or a PC when other people bought it.
I just came back to the game after an extended break and I'm looking to pick up the Barb. He's pretty much a fresh 70 and I was hoping if you guys had any feedback for a build that relies on little or no gear to get the ball rolling. I have 270 paragon points to play with as well, not even sure what to focus those on outside of movement speed and maintaining a 1:10 crit balance.
I stepped away from Diablo due to lack of time shortly after RoS came out, and now this patch seems to have changed a lot. The big community event starting shortly seems like a great time to start working on a character. My only question is that I have no idea what classes are strong right now. I have most classes close to 70, but have almost no gear on any so ideally a class that has good early performance but incredible growth would be ideal. Some guidance on gearing/paragon point usage would be much appreciated. I generally dislike threads like this, so I apologize, just not sure where to start.
Thanks for taking the time to respond. I've picked up a solid belt and getting use to the spec that was linked in the video. I think MP8 seemed a bit slow unless I'm still doing something wrong, I didn't die other than when I made blatant errors but the mobs took longer to kill than I would have liked. Certainly a big step in the right direction though, thanks again.
I want to get up to 100 Paragon prior to RoS and while my gear is good enough to get there, I'd like to become as efficient as possible. Any suggestion on what talents I should pick or any obvious gear changes I could make? I know cleave isn't all that amazing, but as I relearn how to play, it's nice to have quick Fury from it. I have about 400m to spend, but I'd like to hold on to as much as I can for the expansion. I'm currently playing MP4 but I wonder if MP3 is more efficient. Thanks in advance.
Just wanted to say thanks for all the help you guys posted yesterday, found a build I'm going to play around with and cleared act one on inferno last night, looking forward to doing it again today. It's nice to enjoy Diablo again.
Thanks for the responses. I was a 2Her Barbarian from the beginning, but I wouldn't be adverse to trying DWing. My gear is pretty abysmal as I haven't cleared Act 1 on Inferno yet so ideally I'd like to find something that best allows me to start to farm Inferno so I can get a base level of gear going.
I recently decided to jump back into D3 and I'm completely lost on where to begin with my Barbarian. I had cleared Hell without any issues within the first few days of release and I just lost interest trying to make progress as a non shield Barbarian so I set the game aside for awhile. I understand a major patch is coming out today, is there any good guides for progressing with Barbarians now? Talent builds for example.
