I suppose it's my LoH's fault but as a Monk I've never seen a Reflect Damage pack be any sort of threat to me (using Cyclone).
Guessing that ones that have already switched to LS have it even easier.
It was easy for a while, but after 230,000+ dps my defenses couldn't keep up. I'm at 268k now and I really need to focus on more defense (even if it's only for 1 affix...). 5,3k armor, 550 AR, 53k HP and 5,4% LS. It's enough for champion pack RD, but not for minions with RD (but that bug will get fixed soon I guess).

Your dps will improve a lot by aiming for the following stats:
45% crit chance (you are already there)
450% crit dmg (you have a lot to gain here)
attack speed...stay above 2.1 att.pr sec if possible, but this is not your main concern atm.
As much dex as you can get, but aim for 2500+.
You have most of these already, but one is far behind. Your crit damage should be in a 1:10 ratio with your crit chance. You can gain 220 from crit dmg gems (110 x 2) if you find weapons with a socket. Every weapon should have that, no questions asked. you will prob need to swap out those fists you have though. And to be honest, you should. The set bonus is nice, but the fists are (in general) terrible.
Skills
Sweeping Wind - Cyclone? Check
Fists of Thunder - Thunderclap? Check
Mantra of Conviction - Overawe? I really recommend this. It is such a dps nerf not to use it.
The rest is up to you, really. Play what works for you I will reccommend my build when you get up to MP10 down the road.
Gear
Improve what you can get. You seem to be on the right track though. You have enough armor and resist for medium Monster Power levels, but you will see a huge increase in efficiency if you find weapons with socket (for crit dmg gems) + some dex and or crit dmg + Life Steal (on one or both).
Feel free to add me (I'm on EU) if you need help.

Seems like you found one already? Nice going! And you have some luck crafting as well
Sorry if this has been answered before (can't find it) but I'll give you my 2 cents:
600 AR is enough for MP10, but only if your eHP is high enough and balanced. You will also need a lot of dps for sustain via LS. I would say 200k dps (a bit less since you have WKL), 5k armor, 600 AR and 50k HP are minimum stats for effective MP10 farming. In the long run you will keep those defensive stats and build your DPS.
This is the philosophy I have when gearing my monk

It has crit and attack speed, but it lacks high dex, all resist and socket. It's not even close. Salvage and move on.

The time to post is over. I've stated so 3 times (in the original post, midway through the pages and in my previous post). You will not win even if your guess is spot on.

So, you're gonna wait another 3-4 months? Just by normal farming speed you'll be PL100 way before that patch hits

The grind must go on!

I farm only for xp and don't pick up anything (apart from DE), and I've done it all before. I know how long it takes unless I focus on xp. And PL 80 is 53.06% complete Gotta focus on every % done! Also, think about how far I would have gotten if I didnt have to be at work every day, if the servers had been up on friday AND if I didn't have company over 2 days last week

Yes, feel free to change it before I close the "votes" at midnight today. I will allow it since you posted your guess as late as earlier today.
You think I level fast? I'm only 30% done and I think I'll pass on your offer... This is gonna be a loooong grind

I'm currently leveling my second monk to PL100 (why not have both genders? ) and I wonder: what route did you normally do and on what MP? It's been 5 months since I last did paragon grinding with TR.

Just a reminder: Last chance to post your guess is this sunday at 23:59 CET.

I see my leveling monk has got the same gear as my main.. That's not correct. He's using a Skorn and has terribad TR gear

When patch 1.0.8 hits there will be new places to go anyways. The best mob density will be in Realm of Shadows, so that's where I will test. Although Moldran got bad results from there. Can't really compare barb and monks xp/hour I guess.
