I say make it a quest reward that will make any item socketed account bound. Simple. You can complete the quest as many times as you want but each item is now yours alone.

Yeah, that would be nice... But back to the really real world... Entitlement is for babies. Sorry guys, but in all honesty, the game was released. We have seen some great improvements and Blizzard is focusing on a console version right now. We will get that carrot juice soon, just be patient.
Enchantress with the Maximus, having a million or more EHP, and hit the esc key and take a deep breath before returning to game. There is little for newer players to do but if you area level 60 player, there are some options but not all are viable to the average player. For some it all just comes down to luck.
Truth is, all the prices you see on those items are simply over inflated and not a true representation of what these items sell for. The best way to buy anything off the AH in HC is to hunt them down by constantly searching for them and not buying items that have been on the AH for more than a couple hours. I have purchased a good amount of stuff for my characters but have done so by sniping them on the AH as soon as these items were listed. ALways sort by time and keep hitting that search button. When an item you like comes up for a good price, you buy. If it does not look like it is at the right price then you move along.
Just because the top items are priced super high does not mean that is what the seller is going to get for that item.
Not sure about that but I think that there SHOULD be a difference since Rare mobs can be more annoying to fight than Champions and they have a A LOT of health. Not to mention the occasional Extra Health adding insult to injury.

Buy small and sell big. Don't forget to make time to farm though. Playing the game is primary for me and the AH game is second. I have sold nearly equally the same number of items on the AH that I have found in game as I have found flipping.

Maybe if you didn't throw a tantrum and leave the game you would have more of a clue as to why these fixes take so long. Maybe pick the game back up and play the PTR to see just what is being done. Then you could see just why it takes the time it takes...

is my monk and im being 1 shot by arcane beams right now anyone else seeing this happen? another friend is having problems with dying a LOT on his monk which never really happens. doesnt seem to matter what mp ranging from mp6-mp10 were both dying wayyyyy more than usual. hes noticed that hes dying to more than just arcane. he said almost any affix on elites is hurting him really bad right now. his monk isnt quite as geared as mine (granted mine isnt AMAZING either but its something that i shouldnt be insta dying on).
Your EHP is righ around 500k, A bit too low to be hitting MP levels like that. If you want to successfully hit a higher MP level then you need to get your EHP up there. More around the lines of 800k or even a million. That is why you are getting one shotted. I would hate to see what Uber Magda would do to you in MP7 or 8 for that matter. ouch!
I understand the OP somewhat, D3 team has been the most unreliable blizzard team to date, thats very, very hard to do. Sure Itemisation is gona be in 1.0.9...... when is 1.0.9 you dont have a clue. This game will soon be out for a FULL YEAR. Remember that sweet thing on the box: Matchmaking PVP to be realsed shortly after release....... 1 YEAR. They can repeat until their face is blue, that they are slower to update then pretty much everyone else ever because of quality, but that argument falls right on its ass, it didnt stop them from releasing D3 in that state missing most of its feature. Where was that quality? why was the released rushed? $$$$$$$$. Quality didnt mean shit when money was on the line, thats for sure.
We need to stop predenting like they are doing us a flower fixing the game or someshit. They took a huge dump on fans and are in the process of slowly cleaning us up over a year. Its not the same thing at all.

Jailer/Desecration is the worst IMHO. Even Arcane Sentry and Jailer sucks. It's always the chance that you have an Arcane sentry or six drop near by then vortexed in and jailed... Yeah, sucks.
