Even Arcane Sentry and Jailer sucks. It's always the chance that you have an Arcane sentry or six drop near by then vortexed in and jailed... Yeah, sucks.Posted in: News

This is the result of the entitlement society that the world feeds each day. They're taught that their opinion means more than it really does. The only way to combat this is to have enough sense to see beyond the idiocy and to take every opinion with a grain of salt. No matter how much they want to believe that their opinion stands for "everybody", you just have to sit back and chuckle and move on. Those idiots will not last long in life and if they do, they will always be the idiots that suck off the government teats.

What he does have control over is what he says when he is being video taped. He does have control over the level of contempt he shows towards the casual player. He also has control over the level of hate he spreads about the game he himself has invested thousands of hours into. But if he does not control those things then what more can you expect from his fanbase?

Is this "code talk" for somebody going to prison or are we actually talking Diablo 3? My barb is still a virgin and I would hate to have his manhood violated.

He is a fanboy of the game. Guess that is what we all could be called for liking the game. Better that though than to be considered a fanboy of a couple of arrogant gamers like Alk and Kripp. You seem to want to defend them pretty badly despite their arrogant rants of a game they both played a ton and gained a ton of cash from. Silly if you ask me. 3 million unique IPs playing D3 each month, yeah, I bet the bots make up maybe 1% of that but much like your argument, there are no facts to back that claim up.

Listen here mr. puss-pants, your post makes no sense... That is all YOU need to know.

Did you read the date on the last negative review for Diablo 3 on Amazon? June of 2012? So that is your argument? A crap load of reviews that stem from a beta and the opening months of a game that is going to have many more patches and an expansion pack set for release in the coming years? You use year old Amazon reviews to dog a game with 3 million active and different IP users each month? Wow...
As for the video, I have no time to hear about how the top players think the game is dead or full of garbage. I enjoy it for what it is today and the dev team keeps giving us more. More for the original 60 bucks I paid for the game that I have already made back through the use of the RMAH. In the end, I am getting paid to play a game I love spending time playing... Can't beat that in my book and no "top player" will tell me otherwise.
So can we count ourselves so lucky as to assume you will be done here at the forums as well? Please???

Patch Features
New Feature: Brawling
For those who wish to test their mettle against fellow Nephalem, your time has come. Players will now be able to battle one another in a new zone designed specifically for this style of combat called "The Scorched Chapel." This zone can be accessed by speaking with Nek the Brawler in any of the four Act hubs, and supports 2 to 4 players in a Free-For-All format.

Patch Features
New System: Monster Power
Similar to the "Players X" command in Diablo II, Monster Power is a system designed to give players more control over how challenging enemies are in each difficulty. With this system, players can choose to increase the health and damage of monsters according to different "power levels" and in return they’ll receive scaling bonuses to experience as well as boosts to Magic Find and Gold Find which will stack above the 300% cap. The option to increase Monster Power will be available to all players starting at level 1 in the Quest Selection window, and can be adjusted separately for Normal, Nightmare, Hell, and Inferno difficulties.

New Event: Infernal Machine
The Infernal Machine is a device that will allow level 60 players to battle "uber" versions of some of Sanctuary’s most nefarious bosses. While the rewards for defeating these bosses will be great, some assembly is required. Only the most powerful Nephalem can unlock the secrets to building the Infernal Machine, but once forged the device can be used to open portals to special encounters featuring not one, but two bosses which have been augmented from their original versions, both in terms of difficulty and appearance. Defeating each boss pair will provide players with extra items and gold, as well as a chance to find components for a new Legendary ring.

Understood. But you have to admit, the only fair discussion would be one with facts and I suspect that there is nobody here with a personal relationship with Jay to argue his perspective on what was going on behind closed doors during the development of the game. We have no idea what was in motion prior to his departure and therefore can only speculate. Arguments for or against somebody based on speculation can be more hurtful than helpful.

You will never get the zealots to agree with that. That sir would take common sense and more than two brain cells to rub together.
