posted a message on Need Help: How do Proc Coefficients work with Crit Hit Chance
Proc coefficients don't affect your critical hit chance, but affects the proc rates of ...well procs. Procs can be based on many things, but the two primary methods is on hit or on critcal.

For wizards, how often you crit shouldn't be changed, but rather how much LOH and APoC you recieve from the modified proc coefficient of each individual skill.

3005 has to do with the login being slammed. Just keep trying to log in. Usually takes 6-7 attempts.

    No clue on 12.

DPS wise, LL isn't effective yet at your sheet dps. You won't see solid returns until you get in the 70-80k dps range. Armor seems a bit low. Try switching out animosity for nerves of steel. Should give you alot more survivability for a little less WotB uptime. Try to only engage elites when you have WotB. I'd shoot for more crit chance, ias and str in that order. IAS gives you a boost in survivability. Once you start getting above 70k dps, start working in LL. Belt is the ideal choice to find some LL. It helps even out your healing since LL is based purely on your DPS.

At his resists and armor, anyone should be fine with that level of LOH/LL and hp.

The key is to never stop moving. This always lays down tornadoes to feed your hp and survivability. Against single elites, always drop tornadoes before trying to bash them. If there's melee elites, I always just sprint and WW. Against caster elites, try to kite them to more mobs for tornadoes.

The hardest part is starting the blender, once you get the beast going, never..ever...stop.

Yesterday he streamed from 96 to 98. Even if it was simply from 96 to 97, that's almost 300million xp! He did it while you all watched. Did he have some super duper secret killing spot? Did he afk while millions of things killed themselves to thornes? Did people group up zones for him to go in and kill? Did he do any of the other million conspiracy theory things y'all suspected him of doing?

    Nope!

All he did was a legitamite build and supercharged the damn thing. The only time he stops is if he's looting legendaries, changing zones or making a new game. He's sacrificing everything for pure killing speed.

posted a message on WW & Sprint, Into the Fray Question
There is no cool down on into the fray. What you're seeing is a proc coefficient for sprint's tornadoes. Most aoe skills have a proc coefficient that reduces the proc rate since it hits more targets at once. For example, the tornadoes on sprint has a coefficient for .20, which means that 20% of your hits has a chance to trigger a proc. In the case of Into the Fray, your hits must be critical hits, so 20% of your crits proc the fury generation.

Theres a few changes you're going to need to make to help your build.

Firstly, you need an axe/mace or a mighty weapon for crit chance or fury generation. Your base crit is right about where you want to start, but i'm surprised you're not a bit fury starved.

Secondly, you may want to raise your HP alittle bit. I try to aim for 40k at minimum to provide an extra buffer for the harder hitting mobs in A3.

Third, a offhand spear is not ideal. It will work, but it's worth it to get the fastest offhand possible. This allows you to take advantage of some skill mechanics of tornado. It uses your MH dmg, but uses the attack speed of which ever hand swung last. So you have a chance to have more ticks per second, which gives you more dmg, LOH and fury generation.

Everything else is fine for A3. Slowly get more crit chance, ias, crit dmg and LL as your damage increases.

I grabbed a bit of life after kill and it's noticable once you start killing things quickly. It's basically a free stat that no one charges for right now. Keep an eye out for it.
