And the community is even harsher when you release an unfinished game. :P
Exactly. They can't ban you for their faulty coding.

    They can, and do.

If a bank makes a faulty transfer of funds to your account, is it OK to go out and spend that money? Or if their ATM incorrectly dispenses you money that isn't yours, can you keep it? If the answer is yes, the police would like a word with you.

Made an account just for this. I'm a banker and YES if the amount of money that gets in your account is not something extreme then yes you are allowed to it since the bank fucked up. Say you are paid about 1000 USD a month and 500 USD end up in your account by mistake of the bank then NOBODY can do ANYTHING to you if you spend that money. Now if 50.000 USD end up in there that's a whole different story.. I know i'm getting into semantics now but things need to be set straight :P

Erm, uh, no. You're full of shit. It's theft, period. The ONLY exception to this situation is you may be entitled to any interest earned while the "extra" money was in your account, based on legal precedence. The bank is also legally authorized to withdraw that money out of your account at any time after discovering the mistake, without your permission, including over-drafting your account and charging you fees for that overdraft.

    Stop making shit up, thanks.

PS - I also work for a bank.

Life is the survival of the fittest, and even playing a game like D, it is in fact your brain controlling your avatar. If you come across a find that through repetition and perfection has allowed for you to surpass your competition within the confines of the game mechanics as currently designed, then you must adapt or not complain. Basically it all boils down to: don't hate the D player, hate the game mechanics. Instead of trying to find everyone responsible for these "exploits," people should go on the official Diablo forums and post it in the bug section. And if they have, and if you still feel so strongly, show your frustration by stopping playing until this mechanic is fixed. D goes through many phases and some patches make the game feel vastly different. This may be a time where you can take a couple days off or play less often until the game becomes more to your liking.

That bank's policies sound like the Mafia lending money btw. Federal and State rules vary depending on region. A simple check of a bank's policies, before giving them the esteemed pleasure of being able to hold your funds, clears up many of the traps large corporate banks have over their depositers. The most beneficial forms of banking, in terms of interest and loan rate origination, are in order found in your local union bank or established online banking only sites (Ally.com, etc.) If an incompetent bank employee or technology code writer's computer program makes a mistake at the larger corporate bank's, they will unleash the full force to get it back plus interest. As most of us know, five corporate banks own the vast majority of all deposited funds here in the USA. This consolidation has become even more concentrated after the catastrophe of Sept 2008, where after unregulated banks (per-government lobby dollar are only second to the oil industry) took us to the brink of disaster with their privatized profits turning into socialized losses for the entire nation perpertrated by 8 years of tax cuts and deregulation. What happened to "don't ask what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country?"

Basically at the end of the day, you are doing a bank an unprecedented favor by allowing them to hold your money. By giving it to the same companies that demand you pay every single one of their fee's and mistakes, you are keeping the cycle going of them doing this to their customers. When the banks started talking about having a checking card monthly fee even if you did not use your card, the outcry on the internet and social media made them immediately retreat in their stance overnight. Your money is your voice, make it count.

Easiest, fastest, known possible way to do it with "ok" gear is this spec.

    Cluster Arrow/Cluster bombs
    Hungering Arrow/Dev Arrow
    Caltrops/Torturuos Ground
    Marked for Death/Mortal Enemy
    Bat companion
    Prep/Battle Scars

    For passives go as following
    Cull of the weak
    SS
    Archery

Idea behind this at least have 35k DPS+ without sharpshooter.

Pop bat companion, start fight, mark him with death. Run straight at him, go to left, place down 2 traps, nuke him with all hatred, move to left wall while stutter stepping to regain full hatred, then repeat the step before. Kite him using traps, while using your primary nuke(cluster bomb). Kite him counter clock wise hugging the wall, laying down traps as you go.

IMPORTANT - Never let marked for death drop, and always have traps down for his path of travel.

The traps will easily kill the adds, as well as dmg the boss, and keep him slowed. Cluster bombs, while you might need some practice at first using them, drop his health a SHIT TON.

You can kill him easily within 30 secs to a minute using this spec.

Note: I did not use shadow power or smoke screen. The idea behind the build is kill him before you run out of room because of gas. Thats why I used battle scares for prep, it gives you an "o shit button" when your health is low.

It doesn't hurt to get an amulet with like 300+ life on hit either.

If you have any questions PM me on here or in game ixir#1276

PS this spec also kills the second boss in Act 4 inferno in like 15 secs.

This spec makes this boss easier than the Skeleton King.
